Horrific and to check-in uninformed of construction work outside of one of the most expensive room removing the sight to the ocean. We stayed at the exact same room last year, and it was magnificent!
I understand that the land is owned by another entity, but it severely impacts the experience and it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to not be informed prior to arrival. As the hotel is fully booked no alternatives exists.
I expect a response from Ving and have also contacted them directly.

Outstanding Hotell and expirance!
We traveled as a family of two children 3 and 6 years.
The welcoming  of the good friendly staff made it extra special.
From the the reception, Restaurant Staff Andrew,  Therese, David , Olga, Margarita,  Head ch, Lounge Floris and all of the other members off the staff made us feel welcome and happy, the cleaning staff superb, the attention the cleaness was superb, the Staff from the Ving. Outstanding, they put the hole heart in to the job of taking good care of ur children, excelent entertainment,  good food, good facility,  all the pieces was in place, we celebrated a 40 year bithday,  staff came out with song and cake,  overwelning of good vibes.
We highly recommend this Hotel staff to everyone.  It is difficult to travel in an other way after this Outstanding performance from the Ving and ObC staff.

It is a perfect hotel, from its cleanliness to its staff. They are friendly and have adopted full service as a principle. All of the employees are great people, but especially Andrew, one of the restaurant employees, is someone who knows how customer satisfaction should be and implements it.

Amazing hotel and restaurant! The staff are so friendly and professional. Every member of the staff are doing the best they can for you as a guest. Cleaning was excellent. Nice to enjoy Sunwing pool and activities, but go back to obc  to relax.
The restaurant was good and a special thanks to Emil and Olivia that were both professional and friendly on a personal level. Don’t miss to order the duck!

Nice hotel with great view from the balcony and nice choice on furniture for the room. I only tried the buffet which was great.
Some things was broken. If you stayed 3 people in the 2 bedroom, the one sleeping in the sofa dont get a comfy pillow. The sofa is a normal sofa, not really a "bedsofa".
Also there is no light blockage from the entry door, so the one sleeping in the sofa get some light inside. Pool wasnt that great. but it was no problem because you could use the ones from sunwing.
Its not really that many cons. Its just feedback for the hotel!
