We stayed at  U Zlateho Stromu Hotel for three nights. The location was very convenient - close to tram stop, the Charles Bridge and there were several bakeries and cafes nearby. There are several worthwhile attractions in the old town within walking distance. The staff members was responsive and polite and gave us detailed instructions for the check in. The room was comfortable and well furnished and met our requirement. The shower had a bathtub and some chip offs, but not a major issue. It was possible for us to make some coffee and use the fridge. Also a peaceful location and we got good rest. The decor and the interiors were charming. We were on the top floor so that was a minor hassle with the luggage - probably something to note for those with knee ailments.  But overall, happy to recommend!

Amazing hotel in the center of Prague, the staff is very kind, but we would like to thank especially Lukas and Tatsiana. When we arrived in hotel, they wellcome us with their extreme cordiality and professionalism. They solved immediately a little problem with our reservation and were able to manage give us a wonderful room perfectly clined immediately to permit us to rest a little bit before going to visit this special town.

We were greeted by Lada on our first evening. She was sooo lovely to be sympathic because our taxi was a scam. Order your taxi from the train to hotel, with thdme help of the hotel staff. Lukas was so helpful and carried our suitcases up 4 flights to our room!!! Our room was fantastic; clean, large, fridge, big TV, lovely shower  robes, slipper  and a safe!  Tatiana was at the  desk most days to help us with our nap and extend our stay!!! And liovely Kristina served us a delicious breakfast and we enjoyed having a great conversation...her English is perfect...in fact all the staff mentioned spoke excellent English!!! Highly recommended! Our room was just like the photo...a beautiful ceiling!! A perfect stay! Thank you❤️❤️❤️
