The coffee shop formerly known as Provstevej 10 is now under new management. Not because there was anything wrong with the old one, Stefan, the owner, simply wanted more time to pursue other projects. So now the place is run by Maia, Mads, and Rasmus. So far the good news is not much news: the place will more or less be run the same way as previously, rumour has it they'll start being open on Mondays, too (probably the day of the week we need our coffee supply the most, so that's awesome!). They've introduced a few new items, and more is likely to come, so expect the best of what it was, with a new stuff added here and there. Still my go-to coffee spot in this neighborhood.
