Our tickets on Lufthansa got us entry into the SAS Lounge. The lounge opened one hour before the first SAS flight of the morning. We went through the automated gates by scanning our boarding pass. Not sure what the difference was but to the left side was access to the main floor and to the right went upstairs. There was no obvious way to go between floors. Breakfast was already out and it had a small selection of breads, hard boiled egg, cold meats and veggies, hot oatmeal, yogurt and fruits. Only one coffee machine was working but all beer and wine taps were ready to go. Presentation was nice and food quality was decent. When finished one had to bus their own trays to the central carts. Decor inside was modern and spread out. We stayed in the dining area but there were workstations and a quieter area in the back facing the airplanes. A small conference room and a children's playroom were also available. I appreciated the abundance of power outlets. Overall a good way to relax and eat something before heading off to our flight to Frankfurt.

Came by the other day during a transit and it was a mediocre experience. The lounge's main entrance was blocked off and entrance and exit was done through the side exit which was bizarre. The lounge itself was quite warm. There were plenty of seats on the two-level lounge. The lounge itself felt quite worn down. There were a few meeting rooms in the back but the doors were taken down permanently and again the vibe gave off dilapidated vibes. The food options at the buffet included salad, pasta, a full bar, coffee, and some turkey pull. ...the food didn't seem appetizing...it felt more like a low budget buffet...something uncalled for considering CPH is SAS' flagship lounge.

New, bright, well appointed... and now more available to Skyteam Elite Plus members... I'm Delta Diamond traveling in Premium Select and had no trouble getting admittance... Saw several folks getting denied so verify your status.

I came to relax - and found hot dogs!!! BTW, hot dogs are only on Fridays as I returned on a Wednesday and there were none to be found. Nice lounge to get out of the craziness of the airport. Food, drinks, seating, outlets for charging and ample restroom facilities. I was in the Plus part of the lounge, First Class looked even nicer (no surprise!) SAS, if you are listening...I'm a fan of your airline and lounge! You do a great job of taking care of passengers and I enjoyed both my air travel and lounge experience. See you next time - 4.25 stars!

This is a very nice airport lounge. For all of us who spend a lot of time traveling internationally, the various airport lounges, around the world, are truly a boon for our overall travel well-being. Yes, some are better and some are worse, but they all serve a very specific function. That function is to make us have a little bit more relaxed and fulfilled time while we're waiting in the airport before our next flight. The SAS lounge certainly provides that. This is a large lounge. This is undoubtedly due to the fact that SAS is based out of Denmark, so this is their premier lounge. There is a large amount of seating in this lounge. There are two primary rooms: the main room, that is basically a large interior space, and the outer room, which looks out onto the tarmac. They also have showers and various work spaces in separate areas. All are easily found, and easily accessible. Within this lounge, you'll find a lot of good food and drinks supplied. There's some lounges that focus on providing a vast international cuisine. This is not the case with the SAS lounge, however. Primarily, they focus their dishes on Danish cuisine. That's fine with me. What they offer, in terms of food, is all very good and very well prepared. Overall, good space to spend your time before your flight, whether that's an hour, two hours, or more. Nice lounge!

I've been using this SAS lounge for the past 14 years and it's honestly getting a bit dated. Everything is nice enough for hanging a few hours and getting a bite, but it needs a serious refresh. The people who work here are always nice and helpful. And the food that is offered is fine - though definitely lacking compared to competing airlines' lounges. It will be interesting, hopefully in a good way, to see what happens with the recent potential alliance with Air France-KLM Alliance.

Pleasant atmosphere-- quiet, bright, many seating areas and options. The farther back you go the more available seats. There were 2 conference rooms totally empty. Lots of business stuff-- like a printer and cubicle type work areas. Food: gluten free bread is labeled but otherwise you have to guess about allergens. Lunch spread included celeriac salad, cauliflower soup. I could find something if I had to but nothing really jumped out as a great eat Wine on tap Cool dispenser for some lemonades and juices but the lemonade was meh. Others mentioned a play area for kids and newspapers. I think the play area was replaced by a headphone lease display No newspapers that I saw Bathrooms were clean. Single serve in gendered areas. In the main airport there are PLENTY of gender neutral restrooms.

This is a 3.5 star review. This was a 6 hour layover from SFO to CPH and then off to CDG. A bit jet lagged off my flight, I was glad to relax at a lounge for a couple hours before my flight to Paris. The food station had cold cut deli items along with wine and beer. The place can get crowded during the day so just go in with that expectation. After moving spots several times around the lounge, I decided to freshen up and put my name on the list for a shower. There were probably 6 shower stalls available and an attendant cleaning after each use. Luckily I had my toiletry supplies in my bag, hair dryer was included so the hair was done and I was freshened up for my flight to Paris. I had an economy fare but glad that SAS gave the option to purchase lounge access. Salut with a Carlsberg!

Went for lunch, they had some basic salads and salad dressing choices. They have all you can drink beer and wine but no hard liquor. It was ok...not worth it for $25/head.
