I have been dreaming of going back to Copenhagen just for the delectable bowl of Ramen here. The spicy miso ramen here is quite possibly the best ramen I have had in my life ! They have a vegetarian and meat version of it and both variations are delicious. The broth is rich and packs a punch and noodles cooked al dante ensuring they retain their texture instead of turning soggy. Soft boiled egg was just as we expected it to be. We got a refreshing beer to accompany our ramen. Note that the spicy ramen is indeed SPICY, I went with a level 3 and had to take a couple breaks to make it through the bowl. The place itself has a fun interior. Service was friendly. I am so glad we decided to bike all the way to the Norrebro district for a meal here, it took us about 20 mins from our hotel and eating a slurpy soupy bowl of noodles post that on a chilly night was such an experience.

Came due to all the positive reviews, was sorely disappointed. No "authentic" experience. You are unceremoniously seated and told to just order at the counter. The ramen is way way too salty. Attempt of makeup for lack of depth via salt. The bowl also has nothing in it - 2 pieces of pork, nori, and green onion. Not even some bamboo as seen in other photos? Disappointing and not recommended.

My second time visiting here (last time was in 2019) and it was pretty much the same as I remember it. You order at the counter and they bring your ramen out very quickly. They have 3 vegan ramens, including a spicy miso ramen (145 DKK), which is what both my wife & I each got. The ramen came out in 5-10 minutes. The broth has a nice miso depth, is only lightly spicy, and comes with nicely marinated, cold, mixed wild mushrooms, soft tofu (cold as well until the broth heats it up), and green onions. The noodles are on the thicker side and cooked nicely. Overall, this is definitely better than Mr Ramen's vegan ramen (which I had the day before), but pricier (145 vs 115 DDK). It's nothing amazing, but perhaps that's my Vancouver bias given the amazing ramen quality we have there. All in all, a solid spot for ramen CPH.

Set up like ramen places in Japan this place is located in Norrebro and serves great food. You print a ticket at the machine when you enter and take it to the counter to get your order prepared. I had their hottest ramen dish and it was good. Well cooked noodles, soft boiled egg, delicious broth but not spicy enough for me. A good meal at reasonable prices. Happily b CMH one here any day. There are vegan options here as well.

Super cool spot for ramen! You can order via a ramen vending machine which was awesome. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I guess you can call it counter service because you just select your item on the machine, get a ticket and bring that ticket to the counter where you can pay and order drinks. The ramen itself was delicious and definitely high quality. It's an awesome spot in Copenhagen and I would definitely recommend it to anyone's who craving ramen!

This place is a bit of a madhouse! We went on a Monday evening around 7PM. The machine for ordering the ramen wasn't working (seems that you would usually order at a little kiosk by the door, then take ticket up to counter) so we ordered at the counter instead. There was no menu at the counter and the cashier seemed to be in a rush. After ordering you get a number and wait around until hopefully a seat frees up. (Ideally before your food is ready.) This system works only if all of the customers are on board with leaving as soon as they're done eating, which did not seem to be the case. There were quite a few groups just hanging around chatting or having another drink, as a result seating was very hard to come by. When our food came out and we didn't have a seat, the server squeezed one more stool at the end of a counter and asked another group to move over so my boyfriend and I could sit together to eat. The ramen itself was fine, I had the veggie miso ramen which was ok but mostly tasted like salt and nori - not much other flavour. I also had the house beer which was a yuzu-flavoured pilsner. Note that the restaurant serves only ramen, beer, and a few sides (edamame, kimchi, "beer snacks"). It was an interesting experience but overall we found the meal stressful and the food very 'meh'. I definitely won't be coming here again and don't recommend it unless you're looking for a story to tell your friends.

I have to give props where it's due. Ordering from a machine and getting a little slip of paper made my heart beat for Japan. It was a nostalgic moment. Then I had to figure out where to seat myself when a seat became available and that I needed to still pay for my meal before sitting down. However service was quick and I was soon slurping on a bowl of noodles. The Spicy Miso level 1 was just enough heat for me. However it was lacking some vegetables or other toppings besides green onions and roasted pork. Not the best pork in my opinion. Thankfully I did add an egg. My partner enjoyed an extremely spicy bowl with three kinds of pork and a richer tonkatsu style sauce. I think his was slightly better but definitely off the beaten path. There is a funky hipness to this ramen bar. It's small, plays loud music and sells good beer. I just don't think it's amongst the best I have had but I am still sampling it the city's finest, so bring it on!

I'm absolutely crazy for ramen. In my hometown we have a huge Japanese influence and believe me, I know what good ramen should taste like. Walking around the streets of Nørrebro you will find this corner shop and once you walk in you will think you are in Japan. From a machine, you choose what you want to order and collect the chips. PRO TIP: Find seating before doing that, because they might deny getting your food order if you don't have a place to sit (been there, done that). Most ramens cost 100 DKK which is very reasonable. They have veggie options and you can add a boiled egg if you'd like. Beers are obviously great as this is also a Mikkeler bar. Will be coming back for sure.

We were in Copenhagen when I saw that a ramen restaurant popped up on a list of restaurants to try. After trying "Michelin Recommended" ramen in Rome, Italy, I was skeptical to say the least. That experience previously ended in lost of discontentment and frustration, but since Denmark is not known for its food, I said, "Why not?" This little restaurant doesn't stand out in any sort of way, but I was intrigued by the fact that they brought a ticket vending machine here for just the experience. There's even a drink vending machine, which had prices for drinks, although they were stated in Yen when they clearly meant krone is beyond me and must be confusing to Japanese people. Anyway, the ordering is a bit different than a Japanese restaurant in which you don't have to pay to use the ticket machine (drinks are another story). You just press the button and go. There's a small list of explanations for all of the options, but I stuck with basic shoyu and an egg. My bf ordered the yuzu ramen and we handed our tickets to the person behind the counter and paid. Here, you seat yourself and at some point, someone will bring out your food to you. I have to say, the shoyu ramen is quite decent. I was bracing myself for something mediocre, but I'd say it matched the higher scale ramen places in the SF bay area (which isn't saying much, but still). I enjoyed it at least. I tried my bf's yuzu ramen and while I love yuzu, I don't go into my ramen eating experience hoping for something sour like eating sinigang or if I added a lot of limes to my pho. It was weird, and I suspect I know certain people who'd love the food, but it was not what I wanted at all. So take that with a grain of salt. Anyway, this has the feel of a Japanese restaurant with some decent ramen, which was surprising for me in a city like Copenhagen. I don't think it's worth going super out of your way to eat, but it's enjoyable if you're around the area.
