Wow. What can I say, this was an experience that we will never forget in our lives. The staff were fantastic throughout and Rasmus made our experience complete with his kindness, insights and his clear love and passion for what he does. I found this to be the most spectacular dining experience we have ever had and most likely will ever have. the creativity and work behind every single impression was otherworldly. There was not a single dish that we didn't enjoy and find mind-blowing. As instructed, we went in with open minds and have come away with a whole new attitude and perspective towards food and sourcing it. The messages behind the dishes were so powerful and thought-provoking. We tried things we have never tried that we now love, including the lamb brain and the cured rabbit- absolutely spectacular and so tasty. The caviar, lobster and cod cheek were also very memorable and delicious. Thank you again to the team to making our experience dining with you so wonderful 💙

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by an incredibly friendly staff member who instantly made us feel welcome. Every step of the experience was a journey in itself, starting with an exciting course that captured all our senses and prepared us for what was to come. The wine list was mind-blowing, and the innovative technology they use to help you choose only added to the brilliance of the experience.

It’s clear that this place is run by culinary geniuses—absurd in the best way possible. We feel so fortunate to have had the chance to experience it.

As for the food, every course was not only delicious but beautifully more than creatively presented, with thoughtful storytelling and deep knowledge behind each dish. Every staff member was highly trained and professional. This is truly one of the top restaurants we’ve ever visited. I’m beyond impressed with everything.

What an experience! The food was creative, explorative and very tasty.  The service was absolutely outstanding! What really made it an unique experience was the atmosphere and especially the dome was incredible. Truly a memory for life.

We couldn’t get a reservation as they sell out instantly so we decided to set an alert on their website and it worked! They had a last minute cancellation and they were able to fit us in.

We have been to quite a few Michelin starred restaurants all over the world and the experience at Alchemist was by far our favorite! Get the Exhibit pairing (mix of cocktails and wines) and thank me later! They have the most welcoming staff and we loved that they have a very casual vibe (including the dress code) so it didn’t feel pretentious at all. It was pricey (around $2k USD) but worth every penny. Would go again if we didn’t live across the ocean.

An unforgettable dining experience. A meal that one must understand is more than just food. It is as much a theater/art performance as it is a meal. You need to have an open mind and be willing to let them take you on the roller coaster to fully appreciate it. They did a great job accommodating my pregnant wife with menu changes. The staff were all super professional yet easy to talk to. Some dishes were just ok. But then they would hit you with a show stopping homerun that had me and my wife giggling and marveling. A once-in-a-lifetime experience. My only complaint was we would’ve welcomed maybe 2-3 more food courses but overall, the meal had great balance and pace.
