Pros:
I always love dining at Michelin Green Star restaurants because they create the most incredible and unexpected dishes. ARK is hands down the best vegan restaurant I’ve visited so far. The portions were just right don’t worry about leaving hungry, as you’ll feel perfectly full by the end of the course. The highlight for me was the mushroom dish; its texture was unlike anything I’ve ever had. I also loved the potato dishes—they truly blew my mind.

Cons: Honestly, I can’t think of any.

This was one of the best dinners in my life! I’m a big mushrooms lover. Their fungi farm attracted my attention. Many dishes from the course contained fungi and they were extremely delicious. The only thing I didn’t like the tap water is paid, it is weird to charge for water in the country where the tap water is free and drinkable. Waitress Dmitry was very attentive and friendly. We got a high quality experience there, thank you!

10/10 highly recommend! Even if you are not plant-based, ARK is a great culinary experience. It’s a lot of food but so fun and visually stunning. The restaurant is beautiful and the bathroom felt like a spa! The service was amazing and we had great conversation with our waiter.

If I have to describe it in one words, I would say UTROLIG, which is Incredible in Danish.

Excellent service and great flavour, texture and mesmerising the tastebuds, every course is paired beautifully with drinks that    are superb too.

Also got to try their special Gloegg that got the best gloegg award in all of DK!
