Great atmosphere and service. We tried the 13 courses menu. It was super tasty, courses arrived in a nice pace. Service was excellent and attentive, great recommendations on wine pairing.

A few weeks ago, we were 8 people visiting Basso, and we opted for the "Basso Experience" with unlimited alcohol. Over 2.5 hours, we were served 13 courses, and the food was absolutely delicious, particularly the tapas, beef tartare, and risotto. The portions were generous, to the point where we couldn't finish everything, and the 2.5-hour timeframe felt a bit rushed for such large servings.

Towards the end of our meal, we were asked to quickly finish our dessert as the next group was waiting for our table. It was uncomfortable having them stand so close behind us, and we would have appreciated a buffer between reservations to avoid feeling hurried.

Despite this, Basso exceeded our expectations with its cozy atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, and delicious food. If the pacing had been more relaxed, it would have easily been a five-star experience, especially considering how affordable it was.

We were recommended this place and we decided to take our chances with the Sunday chefs special menu. I was extremely disappointed with the depth and flavor of the dishes. The presentation for half of them was good, the rest were a bit boring. So many of the dishes were flavorless and bland, with many seeming like they forgot to taste/put salt on them. The place is nice and the idea of the 13 shared dishes was good, but not much more than that.

Went for the Sunday tasting with 13 servings with a few people. Value for money I think this is a very decent option. The food is good, some of it great, and you get a good amount of it. I found some of the servings, like the tomato salad, a little lazy, which is why I give 4 stars. Overall it's a really nice experience and the staff was amazing. It seems like downstairs is a bit more cozy, we were sat upstairs near the entrance and felt gushes of fold air whenever the door opened.

They have absolutely amazing juices. I had one that was reminiscent of a red wine. Very recommended.

We had the pleasure to try the tasting menu of 13 servings. On the starter we had 4 small snacks that tasted great and overall the food was beautiful and full of good flavours. The service was not as great though very friendly, but a bit stressed and you could feel that. We had to wait 55 minutes before we got the snacks for starter. Only comment on the food is on the starter, I wouldn't count each snack as a servering as they did.
