I had the four course lunch menu — it was all excellent but the halibut with white currants was probably the best course I’ve had anywhere ever. I loved that they served butter in a perfect hemisphere.

Overall very unique and memorable, and the location is nice for people watching :)

Absolutely loved our lunch here (Sat 26). Went a la carte. Loved the Venison and foie gras main course. Staff knowledgeable on pairing wines and cheeses - regions of France. Our server Patricia was very good and attentive too. RECOMMEND.

Had my Michelin dinner in Copenhagen this time at the @marchal.dk , which is located in a boutique hotel in the city center. The interior was beautifully decorated with lots of gold color.

The foie gras and fish were really delicious and was a good amount of food for one. Very delicate and extremely flavorful. I just wish that the ice cream and bread can be more exciting for this fine dining experience.
