I had the pleasure of dining at Noma on the first day of the Ocean Season 2025 – an extraordinary experience! The meal lasted five hours and took me on a fascinating journey through flavors and textures. The young, highly motivated team was not only professional but also incredibly warm and attentive.

At first, I wondered if some dishes could compete with those from other three-star restaurants. But the longer I immersed myself in the experience, the more I realized how much effort and creativity had gone into developing this new menu.

By the end, it was clear to me: the three Michelin stars are more than deserved! That’s why I’m also giving a full 5-star review. I look forward to seeing how Noma continues to evolve.

Finally we got to try the famous Noma. It's the vegetable season and some say it is when you get the most creative dishes. We were indeed marvelled by all the plates beautifully presented to us. Taste was mostly great. The bamboo dish was a bit surprising to me. Staff told us to eat it like a panda. For drinks, we are not heavy wine drinkers. So, as the staff also recommended, one of us had wine, and the other had juice. We just shared the drinks with each other. We also liked the casual and friendly atmosphere. Most customers did not dress up to dine here. Overall, despite all the positives, I felt that I had to give 4 stars because it is just too expensive. I cannot help thinking that the cost of a meal here can feed a family elsewhere for a month (or more).

Wow! This was truly the best meal of my life.

I visited the restaurant during Vegetable Season 2024.

Each dish was so innovative, and delicious, and makes you rethink how such flavours and textures could be created through vegetables (especially the ones that are usually overlooked).

Whether it’s inside the house (restaurant) or at the garden, the environment is so natural and beautiful. We really enjoyed walking through the garden and sitting at the greenhouse (waiting area) just basking in the naturalness of the environment around us.

And of course, the service was magnificent. The waitstaff were very attentive to our every need and could explain all the dishes clearly whenever we had questions.

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will raise my benchmark for future fine dining experiences.

Truly deserves its title if best restaurant in the world! The dining experience is flawless and the dishes are creative and delicious! Also the vibe is very cosy and not pretentious like some other Michelin restaurants. Loved every second!
