Sweet and chill bakery. The atmosphere is very calm and unassuming, love the 2 big tables to share. Baked goods are staples from tradition and more updated versions. Love their breakfast options, very generous portions and lovely combinations.

I quite liked this place. The interior is nice, but maybe also a bit too try hard industrial look. It didn’t feel that authentic to be honest. You know what kind of style they’re going for, because there is nothing but that style. Anyways, it’s not about the interior, but their baked goods and I have no negatives for that.

Whipped butter - check, well fermented bun - check, nice large pieces of cheese - check. Nothing to put a finger on. The buns were super nice. We ordered two, one with sesame and one mixed. The sesame was without a doubt the best, and they rolled the bun in sesame all around which I loved. Crazy nice bubbles inside the bun, super moist and airy. Free water and lots of people inside. We had a great Saturday morning here. Will come back!

Edit: I visited again and tried a couple of the brunch dishes and it was amazing! One of the best brunch places in Copenhagen :)

Very nice bakery/brunch place in Copenhagen. The pastry was good but not exceptional. The chocolate and pistacio creams in the croissants were lacking in flavour. The croissant dough was good though! Vesterhavn cheese on the bun was very thin comparing to the norm in Copenhagen.

Only one bathroom for quite a big place.

Interior nice but “cold” and not very cozy.

We will come again to try some of the dishes from the brunch menu and coffee.

Very nice and aesthetic inside. The sits in front of the window are super cozy.
I ordered a cappuccino and the coffee was great.
I also got the mushroom toast which was 130 kr and tasted like something you make at home when you are too busy to cook. It also took over 20 minutes to make somehow.
The pastry was pretty good.

Beautiful space, unfortunately the pastries do not live up to the level that the city has set. I ordered a chocolate croissant, the chocolate ganache was just "injected" after baking a regular croissant which made 80% of the bites just plain croissant and the 20% left extremely loaded with ganache.

There are no prices on the pastries, so if you are used to pay 36-40kr for a croissant you'll be sadly surprised here. 50kr for the chocolate croissant, 78kr for a matcha latte.

Also, why is the tip pre-set at 15% when you are ordering and picking up the food at the counter?
