This hotel is amazing! The location to Central station is an easy and lovely 10 minutes walk.  The hotel is well decorated and clean! The reception desk was amazing at check-in clarifying all the amenities of the hotel and provided me and my son with an amazing upgrade for free! The receptionist that checked us in was so engaging with my son, it was so kind of her! My room was amazing and my son loved the heated toilet seat and all the extra with it.
The hotel buffet breakfast has anything one would want for breakfast. It was all fresh and hot! Plus they have several areas to eat and even a cartoon room for kids, never have I seen that in another hotel, outside of Disney!
The hotel has two downsides to it. First, is the view from my room of the budget hotel across the way( out of their control) and the price for bikes. I was charged around 45 USD to use the bikes for roughly an hour, as they have you pay for the day.
I would highly recommend this hotel for families, as they have a nice kids play area!

The hotel is a perfect choice for families, offering everything you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. There are plenty of play areas for children, making it an ideal option for families. Most importantly, the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helped us with anything we needed.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel (October). The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.
But frosted glass for a door? No thank you.
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience.

However, I found the sauna to be uncomfortably hot and not very relaxing, plus it tended to get crowded. And the pool is always crowded too. Not my thing.

Tivoli Hotel Review: Exclusive Room with Lounge Access

I recently stayed at Tivoli Hotel in their exclusive room with lounge access. While there were some enjoyable highlights, there’s room for improvement.

The lounge offered wine and tapas in the evening, which was a nice touch, but the daytime options could be expanded—something more akin to what you'd find in airport lounges would elevate the experience. Considering the extra cost (around €100), the benefits felt somewhat limited for the price.

That said, the breakfast was exceptional, both in quality and with a stunning view. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and attentive. A small gesture that impressed me was when I helped myself to a mimosa, and the waiter noticed my wife didn’t have one. He kindly offered her one as well, showing great attention to detail.

Overall, it’s a good experience with a few areas that could enhance the value of the lounge. Thank you, Tivoli Hotel, for the wonderful service!

We stayed at the hotel with friends for 3 days - 27/11-30/11 for the wedding reception. In my opinion this hotel does not deserve 4 stars. In general the rooms are not bad, but we paid extra for a superior room, which was no different from the standard room. We were a group of friends and we had standard and superior rooms too, so we had the opportunity to compare and it turned out there was no difference. The only difference from the standard room was that it was ready for check-in earlier. The location of the hotel is what attracted us, as it was important for us to live close to City Hall. The hotel staff is rude and does not make contact at all. The only person who was very polite and helpful was the concierge. If you have an early flight, be prepared that you will not be provided with breakfast, and you will have to pay for the service of packing lunch boxes (but it is definitely not worth it, as for this money you can eat at the airport). Rooms are not cleaned by default, only on request, which was also strange for me. I would say that the price does not correspond to the quality.
