Pros: As a Michelin-recommended restaurant, the food was surprisingly impressive! I didn’t try too many dishes, but every single one blew me away. The bread was perfect, I even turned it into an open-faced sandwich, though it might not have been the most professional move. Compared to other restaurants, this is one I’d definitely want to visit again! Btw, dessert was amazing as well.

We didn’t enjoy the meal here, we were surprised at the poor level of execution and flavors. Service was very friendly however when the restaurant got busy around 1930 we didn’t see our server for 15-20 minutes. I get they are going for a rustic vibe but dirty plates and torn seat cushions are too much for a restaurant at this price. Food was bland all around including their signature waffle with ham. The “prime rib” dish was 50% inedible gristle. Roasted Vegetable dish was so undercooked it was closer to raw than roasted. Smoked fish on bread was the only dish we could recommend.

🇩🇰Michelin🍽️-Anarki restaurant is located in Frederiksberg. It first opened in November 2015 and won the 🍽️ honor in 2017 and the Feel-good Experience of the Year in 2019.
As the name suggests, Anarki restaurant is a cheerful new restaurant without too many rules and dogmas. Anarki is the sister restaurant of Mêlée restaurant. The food style here is also similar, both are bistro style. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual.

Flavors were great, intense and well balanced all at once. Impressive wine list and I liked the underground vibe.

However, out of every tasting menu I’ve done in Copenhagen, this has the smallest portion size by a large margin. Some “shareable” dishes were laughably small even for one person.

For over 1.000dkk we left still hungry, unacceptable in my opinion.

Our server was quiet and unfriendly, hardly explaining the dishes. Other servers seemed great so I think it was just him.

I’d told them we were celebrating an anniversary and they sat us in a small corner by the glasses / cutlery, servers were constantly grabbing things over our heads. It’s a cramped space.

Overall I will not be coming back, which is too bad as the chef here is definitely top-notch.

Interior is cozy, food is simple but incredibly tasty (waffles with truffle sauce! and more), service was top class with positive attidute and knowledge. The dishes are small so you don't overeat which is positive for me. Coctails are very, very good. Well deserved Bib gourmand.
I hope you don't mind people close to you, I don't!
