Went here on 2nd April, terrible experience.

We ordered matcha latte and this is what we got (we even googled and searched if there’s a kind of matcha latte that’s yellow in color). It is just milk with ginger taste and we don’t know what it is.

The funniest part is when the customer behind us requested to ask for matcha latte, the staff told them they’re running out of matcha powder.

Breakfast was overpriced too

The food and coffee is fine although overpriced in my opinion.

I have been there on two seperate occasions (once where it was busy and once where it was fairly empty) and its the worst service I've experienced in Copenhagen. The staff are not doing their job to be honest.
The first time we came in with a reservation which they clearly had forgotten and filled our table, so we had to wait for a table. The second time we came in and were essentially ignored by the people working there for a good 5-10 min although the place was mostly empty.
No checking in if we need anything and getting a hold of the staff can be a challenge, even when they are just sitting around.

It would be a great place if the price for the food was more fair and the staff was more actively involved with the costumers.

beautiful, welcoming café with tasty food. we ordered a variety of different plates and every single one of them was so beautifully made with fresh ingredients and delicious. I highly recommend the pancakes - they were incredibly fluffy and soft!
everything was fine really except for the bathroom, which was pretty nasty tbh and looked like it hadn‘t been cleaned for quite some time.

Great food, tucked away off the busy touristy square. A lively breakfast and outdoor dining area as well. Staff are very friendly. Tartar smørrebrød was amazing.

Nice place to get bruch in Copenhague, It is a little bit expensive but totally worth it. We order different plates and all of the were pretty good. In my opinion, there is no need for ordering 2-3 plates, for just one is enough (it all depends on how hungry you are, that's for sure). The Croque Madame I highly recommend. It is better to have a table reserved, if not you may end up outside (they have blankets so no big issue nonetheless)
