Sooooooo good! I wanted to try some local danish cuisine (traditional) , and I found this place.
It was my first time having smørrebrød and I loved it.
The pickled herring was the best, in my opinion.
I would've loved to try a few more, but the sizes were quite big, so two was more than enough for me.
Also the staff was very polite and helpful :)

Highly recommend this place for some classic stuff.

Really cool place. Lunch only but they let us sneak in under the wire (after 3:30 pm).
Authentic Danish food and seems to be a favourite with locals.
Food was unique (to me) and delicious. Service was much better than we've seen across Europe.

Atmosphere a bit loud, but really kind service and great way to taste Danish traditional food. They made space for us despite things being reserved, food was good and fresh. Took the time to explain the food. Feels authentic, lot of Danes.

So impressed by the food and dining experience. The waiter was so friendly and quite funny actually. He educated me on how to order dishes and eat like a local. I really enjoyed my meal.

We didn't book in advance. All the restaurants were packed during Sat lunch. It was packed here too but they welcomed us.

Five stars to their food, service and to the energetic, informative and service minded staff!!
