Restaurant Gabrielle is a beautiful French restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen. The food is exquisitely tasty, with well-balanced portions, served by the sweetest, well-prepared staff. If you or I want to have a good dining experience, I highly recommend this place. It won't be the last time I visit the place, that's for sure!

Our lunch experience at Gabrielle was amazing! Thank you for a fantastic experience with the staff. And the vegetarian menu is recommended to everyone! But the beef and fish was also at the top same level. I was celebrating my birthday with friends and the personnel, food and atmosphere was great. I warmly recommend it.

Phenomenal dining experience. Through special.dk I had the 5 course voucher for 275kr each (normally 525kr). We had switched out the steak tartare for the tomato salad which was a great choice. Bread is awesome (you can get it at all the norrlyst restaurants). Cod in the soup was incredibly soft. Chicken breast dish was the quiet star of the show. Steak was cooked great but the presentation is weird. You get the meat in a plate itself and then they poor the sauce on top, and they also bring the mash potatoes on the side in another sort of plate. Dessert with the pea, chocolate and roasted almonds was incredible. Atmosphere was amazing, classy and quiet mostly. We sat down at 20.00 when the music was low and slow and it had picked up by the time we left at 22.15. Great experience for entry level fine dining

Would recommend to anyone travelling to or in Copenhagen. Absolutely delicious French food, done amazingly well. Bread and beef were out of this world. Apple crumble dessert would have been better hot, but we are splitting hairs!!

I had the three course lunch menu, and right from entering the restaurant I was quite impressed. The interior is beautiful, heavily influenced by a French grandmothers estate I could imagine. It makes you feel very warm and welcome, and the window seats are absolutely amazing. I felt very much at home while dining there, they did really well with that.

We started out with their tartare on a bed of truffle mayo. Wonderful taste. Nice thick cut beef with a lot of texture, served with assorted vegetables and some crouton chips. Super nice mix of textures and flavors. I especially like the acidity the pickled berries brought to the dish, really nice. The tartare was accompanied by freshly baked Mizuna bread with garlic and thyme, it was piping hot and was so so delicious - soft, warm and slightly acidic.

For the main course we choose the beef with pomme paille, pepper sauce and bone marrow creme. The teres major cut is not my favorite, my partner likes the cut a lot but I find others to be more favorable, however, it didn’t take anything away from the dish. The pepper sauce was 10/10 lots of depth and layers of flavor. The fries were perfectly salted and every single one of them was crispy. The beef was served on a bed of bone marrow cream which was cold, whereafter the waiter poured the hot pepper sauce on top, highlighting the mix. I found the separating cream to be a bit weird visually, and also that it didn’t really add an interesting layer to the dish which I guess was the intention. I would have loved both separately to be honest.

Now, about the dessert! I love citrusy desserts, and although the main course was impressive the dessert was my highlight. The tarte au citron mixed with this insanely acidic lemon sorbet was so nice. These two things along with a scoop of the merengue was just heaven. I’d come back for the dessert alone.

Super nice experience, and definitely a place I’d recommend!
