Room for 2 was a bit small but perfectly adequate. Bathroom had under floor heating and was spacious. Good room heating. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice communal areas. Breakfast superb, catering for the global mix of visitors.  Just note that although this is a very nice hotel for the price, it's in the red light district- but that isn't overt, just a few strip clubs and unusual shops around the area. We'd still book in again because we enjoyed our stay.

Generally good and helpful staff, but grumpy. Breakfast was good. Only two downside is the rooms are a little old and the mattress is very soft which doesn't suit me

Nice and comfortable hotel. This time room was very compact and only single bed provided. Breakfast nice. Lovely Chinese restaurant within a 5 minutes walk of hotel as they only serve breakfast

The hotel is actually very nice and would have deserved a 4 to 5 star rating.

However, a rather irritating “breakfast payment policy” is active, where you also have to pay for a breakfast not taken if a member of the group could not show up at short notice.

Facts: We had booked 3 rooms for 5 people. Unfortunately, due to sudden circumstances, we were only able to arrive with 4 people - still with 3 rooms.
Although the price for the included breakfast was easy to deduce from the different room prices for a 1-person occupancy and a 2-person occupancy, any refund or compensation for the unused breakfast was refused.

My opinon: I must admit that I find this business policy "remarkable". It seems strange that you are expected to pay for a breakfast that was not taken - for a breakfast buffet that is neither specially prepared nor provided for the person who didn't show up.

Due to this "special" business policy, I have to deduct two stars from the rating. Sorry.

The room I stayed for 2 nights was OK but does not look as advertised. A layer of dust has been found. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious, with a variety of healthy food options, except scrambled eggs (possibly made from egg powder). Pet friendly hotel. The only disadvantage lack of parking places. Nearby parking costs 350 DKK/24h. Thank you for hosting us.
