Very comfortable, and a great location. My room was just the right size for a solo business traveler. And quiet.
Big, comfortable spaces to relax in the top floor, which is actually one huge lounge, and a great view from the bar. My only gripe was the limited draft beer selection.
A special kudos for the bed. With all the time I’ve been in Europe, I’ve always wondered how the species manages to propagate, with those typical narrow, single beds. This bed was so big and comfortable! I was able to stretch and still have plenty of room.
Overall, my stay was so pleasant, this’ll be my go-to hotel for Copenhagen.

This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Reception was friendly & very helpful—we even got to check in early since there were rooms available at the time. The room was super clean, decorated well, and had some nice touches like the blackout shade and the iPad that controls the lights, alarms, temperature, etc. The shower pressure is amazing, the towels were huge, & the hairdryer worked well.

My absolute favorite thing about the room was the bed—thick, high quality sheets and very fluffy pillows! I was kind of sad to wake up on my last day to realize I’ll go back to my bed at home… that’s how comfortable the bed was!

I’ve stayed at another citizenM hotel before, & while that was also a great stay, this one in Copenhagen was phenomenal & memorable. There’s nothing lavish and over-the-top about the room or the hotel—but it does the simple things VERY well. I hope to stay here again!

I very much enjoyed my 2-night stay at Citizen M. The location was fantastic, a short walk to both the central train station and the tourist attractions. The room was cute and modern and had quirky touches. The staff were all very friendly. The lobby is large and open, it felt welcoming. The breakfast bufft was pretty good, with a variety of offerings.

I ordered food to take to my room both evenings and I did have to go to the lobby to fetch it. The dinner food was just okay, nothing special.

I liked the iPad for controlling the room. I was easily able to cast to the TV from my phone. The lighting in the room was nice and particularly flattering, which is always a nice touch. Amenities are basic - soap, lotion, conditioner. No slippers provided.

I'd be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 days (couple trip).
The position was strategic,but we need to mention a few things.
The hairdryer was producing smoke, we called the reception and they changed it pretty quickly, but we asked for slippers because we didn’t find them in the room, and they told us to go and get them because “they don’t do room service”.
We also asked for the cleaning, and the lady didn’t clean the room, didn’t make the bed, just changed the wipes in the bathroom, totally NOT a 4 stars hotel service.
What a pity,because the position and the design are pretty good!

The hotel was very clean. It is super fun too, having the lobby on the top floor with a bar/restaurant and great views. It is very conveniently located right in the center of the city- across the street from the Metro station, near buses, and very easily walkable to most things. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are smaller; but, for a solo traveler, I felt they were the perfect size. They would probably work for a couple not spending a lot of time in the room as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
