This is a very nice hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms that exceeded our expectations. It is situated in a great location, close to the city center, making it very convenient. This was our second stay, which shows how much we liked it the first time.

However, we encountered an issue this time. We were not informed beforehand that we would be staying in a building separate from the main hotel, located a few blocks away. While we understand the need to accommodate guests across different buildings, this arrangement significantly impacted our experience. If we had wanted an apartment-style stay, we would have booked one.

The inconvenience of walking outside in the winter, through cold and rain with children, just to access breakfast or hotel facilities, was not what we expected from a hotel stay. Clear communication about this in advance would have helped us make a more informed decision.

On a positive note, we appreciated the effort of one staff member who tried to address our concerns by offering a late check-out. This gesture was thoughtful and showed good customer service.

Overall, while we still like this hotel, better communication and transparency regarding accommodations are necessary for a truly enjoyable experience.

Excellent, central location! The staff were very nice and accommodating. I was able to check-in online before hand, so when we arrived we were just given the key, so easy. We got the corner (?) room so didn’t hear any noise at all.  The only problem we had was the sink stopper got stuck and the water wasn’t draining. 100% would stay here again, thank you!

Clean hotel room with private bathroom. Nice lobby and common areas, including common kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and water kettle. Long hallway to get to room, won’t be able to fit a wide kids stroller. Room was larger than I thought. Beds were soft enough. There is a walking tour from hotel

Brilliant location - 1 minute from the international train station, short walk to city centre.

The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, the staff were polite and friendly. Resultedly, the other guests in my shared room were clean, polite and friendly.

I was also given a new clean towel every day, and security was good. I was only able to access the room with a key card.

The hostel has a great atmosphere and I will visit again next time I’m in Copenhagen.

This place is centrally located and easily accessible, just 5 mins away from the central station. The price is quite reasonable as compared to others. Kids area and shared kitchen, these facilities make this place super likeable and family friendly. If you are not interested in trying new food, one can cook food for oneself. For families with babies or kids, the kitchen is super useful, everything is there except grocery and vegetables. There are lockers to keep luggage safe while travelling.
Breakfast is delicious, caters everyone from kids to adults.
Weekend entertainment was also there in hotel.
Hotel Staff was also nice and helpful.
The only con is the rooms are quite small, though we stayed in a quad room but i think it would not be a big problem.
