Rooms are small. Zero amenities. I could live with most of this except it does not have a separate shower are in the bathroom. The shower is a hose connected to the sink and only separated from the toilet by a curtain. Everything gets wet!!! Nightmare!

My first time in Copenhagen, and I wanted a hotel close to the train station. The hotel was just a short five-minute walk away, which was perfect. My room was a double room plus, a bit on the small side but really cozy. The bathroom was comfy for two people. What I really liked was that they had two USB ports on each side of the bed, so charging our phones was super convenient. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or soaps, but you can buy them in the lobby. They also offer breakfast for an extra fee, but I didn't try it, so I can't comment on the food. Overall, if I ever return to Copenhagen, I'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had never been to Copenhagen so we weren't really sure where to stay, so when checking out hotels I wanted to make sure it was one where we'd have easy access to public transportation. Go Hotel in Kastrup was such a good option, really affordable and the staff was really friendly. I loved wide you can open the window so we got to keep our room really chilly, our room was a good size for two of us, it did it's job by housing us while on our short trip. Would stay here again if we were just doing a mini getaway, I really liked the convenient location and the quietness of the neighborhood.

Room was a little cramped on the top floor because the ceiling sloped down towards the head of the bed. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was not what we were used to but we made due. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice with lots of different selections. Subway was a 2 minute walk and easy to use with Apple Pay and google map. There was a pizza/greek(?) restaurant 5 minute walk away at Tårnby Torv shopping center that was inexpensive and terrific food. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first evening in Copenhagen, Denmark was spent here. Found a reasonable rate through one of the hotel websites. Rate was about 30 to 50% less than most other budget hotels in the city. The hotel was also conveniently close to the subway. About a 5 minute walk, and it is just 1 or 2 train stops from the airport. We did not need a taxi. The hotel is larger than it first appears. Don't know how many rooms are here, but there are at least 3 floors. Our little room was on the 1st floor. The hotel lobby includes many tables for dining. They have breakfast available for a fee, but we did not avail of this. First thing that I noticed was that the hallways are very wide. Gave me hope that our room would be large and roomy. Upon opening our door, the room was as I thought it would be. Simple and small. Although the room was simple, it was still comfortable. There was room for all of our baggage without feeling claustrophobic. Bed was comfy, and I got a good nights sleep. Work desk was useful. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. Got hot, but opening the windows helped. Bathroom was small, tight, and cramped. Shower and bathroom sink were combined together. Kind of odd, but I guess it is normal here. Overall, Copenhagen Go Hotel was fine for the price we paid. Good budget hotel!! May stay here again if the price is right.

Worst customer service and experience I've ever had. We had to change our reservation by one day because our flight changed and they were not willing to accommodate. They mentioned since we didn't pay the flex rate that nothing could be done. I asked if we could pay the difference for the flex rate compared to what we initially paid and they said nothing could be done. In this era of Covid when things are constantly changing, it would have been nice if they could have been more helpful and provided solutions. This was all after 3 hour conversation and getting disconnected multiple times. Don't stay here.

This place is terrible! I would have booked a room elsewhere if I didn't check in late and if I didn't have an early flight the next day. I'm just here for a lay over. The place is under construction. There are holes in the wall where they are doing some electrical work and the whole hallway, including my room smelled like paint. I requested for another room because the smell started giving me a headache. They gave me a different room and the smell was only a little better. I had to open the window even though it's a chilly outside. I was given a room on the 5th floor, but the elevator does not work. Imagine dragging your luggage 5 flights of stairs after a long, exhausting day. In addition, the WiFi was weak and the tv channels weaves in and out due to poor connections. I wish I did more research prior to booking at this hotel. To be fair, I will list out the pros: the lobby looked decent, the front desk staff were nice enough, the room I was given was clean, and it was inexpensive. I would have gladly paid more though for better conditions. Travelers be aware. I highly recommend you find a hotel elsewhere. It's not worth saving that extra $20.

Hidden gem of a hotel. The facade would lead you to believe this hotel would be old and outdated but the interior is updated, clean, and modern. Location is great--it's a short ride to the airport/downtown Copenhagen. I've stayed here twice, both for work travel and both experiences were great. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is there were these weird fruit flies in my room last time.

Good budget hotel. Nothing fancy, but if you are looking for a fast, easy, and good value hotel, this is it. Cosy rooms and clean. Convenient location. It is 5 minutes/1 train stop from the airport CPH. It is 10 minutes/2 train stops from Køpenhavn H city center. Low ceilings on the 3rd floor. We asked to move down after the first night. First floor rooms in the main hallway from the reception is a bit loud as you can hear breakfast plates in the morning. Perhaps the second floor is best or the far side on the first floor. They have lots of organic foods for the continental breakfast for a small fee. There is someone at the desk 24/7. I would stay here again to save money. If you are fancy and want to spend more money, you could find something else.

On 25 May 2018 at approximately 10:40 AM (all times are in Mountain Time), I attempted to make a reservation at the Copenhagen GO Hotel for 23 July 2018 using TripAdvisor. I selected 23 July 2018 from the TripAdvisor drop down calendar as my check-in date and 24 July 2018 as my check-out date. At 10:46 AM, I received an email from TripAdvisor that indicated a check-in date of 27 May 2018. I immediately hit the "Modify your booking" link on the TripAdvisor email. A message came up from TripAdvisor saying to contact the hotel directly. At 10:48 AM, I received an email from the GO Hotel indicating a 27 May 2018 reservation. At 10:55 AM, I responded to the email from GO Hotel with an email indicating that there had been a booking error. "Dear sir or Madame, Somehow the dates got switched on me while making this reservation. I need a reservation for 23 July 2018". At 10:59 AM, I called 011 45 32 52 00 30 to contact the GO Hotel, however, the call did not go through. At 11:02 AM I was successful in contacting the GO Hotel and informed the English-speaking representative of the booking error. She indicated that she was not authorized to change the reservation and that I would need to contact Hotel management. At 11:16 AM, I sent another email stating "I need a reservation for 23 July 2018, NOT 27 May 2018, I called hotel to correct error in system. Again reservation in system came up with incorrect dates." At 11:35 AM, I contacted American Express to dispute the charge, they indicated that the GO Hotel Charge had not been posted to my American Express Card. I would have be happy to honor the 23 July 2018 reservation that I had attempted to make, however, the erroneous 27 May 2018 should not be charged to my account as I made every reasonable effort to correct the error as soon as I became aware of it. To date, Go Hotel is still trying to charge me for a system glitch that I attempted to correct within minutes of the error occurring. DO NOT even consider staying at this hotel.
