Welllll...I really wish I would have read the reviews before dining here. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. I stopped here as I had been walking around all day and was headed to Tivoli...just down the street. This place looked fun and welcoming so I decided to give it a go! Its really cool and fun inside. There is also tons on seating outside but inside the restaurant is its own experience. So, it wasn't lacking there. The staff was also incredibly nice and attentive...so kudos in that department as well. Now, here's the not so great part...the food. The food was very average and just not that good. I got the BBQ bacon burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was just okay. The fries were cold and tasteless. I also had a cider and it was the only thing that tasted "good." After tip, my bill was approximately $45.00 USD...ujst me and my burger , fries and cider. I know Copenhagen is expensive and I really don't mind paying more but the food has got to be worth it. Unfortunately, it just wasn't...which is too bad because this place has a great look, a great location and a great staff...the food just isn't on the same level. Oh well, lesson learned for this tourist!

Run of the mill place here. Good enough but nothing to write home about with a fanfare. We went here in quiet season so it wasn't too busy. We ordered our drinks and sat to watch the football. We ordered lunch, from quite a limited menu, and it soon arrived. The chilli con carne was warm and just like it had been zapped in the microwave, nice enough but nothing special. Boyff ordered the ribs and said average. Service was good enough.

Elina was great. We came here for lunch and although it was "closed", the bartender served lunch as long as you ordered from the bar. She was very sweet and very quick and attentive. I'm surprised by the negative reviews here because the chicken nachos were delicious & the burger was as well. Elina recommended a rosè cider (Thatchers), which I loved! Great ambiance. A+

As a pub this place is...tired. It is located so every tourist strolling from Tivoli to Nyhavn and back finds their way here. Keep going.

'Ello chaps! Rosie McGee's is a Scottish Pub located on the main drag near Tivoli and around the corner from Copenhagen Central Station. Their menu boasts fish and chips, chicken fingers, fajitas and many other non Scottish traditional menu items. Service was a bit slow and dinner for two topped $100 USD. Pretty steep for chicken fingers and fajitas. Overall I give Rosie McGee's three stars out of five.

I've been slacking on posting and checking in while I've been traveling, but I made it a point to review this place because I had a great experience! I got off the train from Göteborg and was famished. I stopped at 2 places before this and the kitchens were closed already at 9pm because it's a weekday. I came across this place and I was so happy their kitchen was open late. I had the chipotle chicken entree with fries and it was very good. The chicken was very fresh and tender. The sauce was perfectly smokey but didn't overpower the dish. The fries come with a chili mayo of their own that works perfectly with the other flavors. I also had a French chardonnay by the glass that was balanced and smooth for 55 krona. I felt the prices were reasonable and in the same range as other restaurants in the area. The server was friendly and gave good suggestions and the atmosphere was very relaxing after a long train ride. Dimly lit, library influence with old English decor and lots of mahogany. There was live music, mostly covers of classics (Elton John, Billy Joel and John Lennon etc)-perfect for the end of a long travel day. Also very close to Kopenhaum H transit station and Danhostel. Some of the negative reviews are pretty old...I say give this place a chance!

I had a great time at Rosie McGee's! Great cocktails and live music! We all sang along and it was really fun! It was my last night In Copenhagen and I would definitely go there again!

Great location, friendly yet inattentive service. This was on a slow day. Service: 2/5 We asked for no smoking, they said there is no smoking anywhere. We looked directly at a couple smoking 5 tables away from the entrance (outside). The waitress then took us inside. Coincidently we sat at a table with a window directly next to the smoking couple. They remained smoking for the entirety of our stay. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Answered all questions we had and did his best to attend to all needs. Long gaps of time between check-ins despite not being busy. Beware when asking for mustard: there is a secret charge. Food: 2/5 Food was mediocre. Typical American/Irish grub. Among my parents and I we had 2 orders of pulled pork and and a hamburger and an order of fries and sweet potato fries. Both fries were fine though a tad dry (as if under a heat lamp). Pulled pork was fine and hamburger was fine. Nothing special. Location: 4/5 Within good walking distance from central train station (5-10 minutes). At a corner of a busy intersection and across the street from north entrance of Tivoli. Easy to find. Did not eat outside, cannot comment on that. Cleanliness: 3/5 Our immediate seating area was immaculate, hardly any dust to be seen among all the decorations. Clean floor and all. Male bathroom floor was wet, bar was dirty (below the seats), and a section of floor was littered near an empty table. Remained when we left (approximately 50 minutes later). Go here for location, not the food or service.

We went for an early dinner and it was wonderful. The outdoor patio atmosphere is great. It is shaded in the evening which is nice. The service is good. They are very friendly and accommodating. The food was also very good and it came quick. We can ordered and ate in less than an hour.

Friendly staff, great happy hour, very nice early USA western decor, feels somewhat like a vegas Casino. Food was ok, for mexican in Europe. We were surprised the place wasnt busy? Maybe it was too early? Still with buy 1 get 1 free drinks, you'd think the bar would be packed? Hmmmm?
