I had fish and chips, pretty good the fish had an unusual taste, probably due to it being fresh or it had different feed than what the store bought ones have.

Fishes - rather good. But seafood served with cheese - it is probably a mistake…. Pasta with shrimps had taste of cheese, not shrimps. Albo mules soup had so much cream that it didn’t have taste of seafood but cream.

Hirtshals is a small town at the top of Denmark that has lots of ferries to Norway and a fine fishing port. We had some time to spare waiting for our ferry to Stavanger so on a nice sunny day we had a fish and chips lunch at the Fiskehus at the port. The Fiskehus is a busy place and it is easy to see why.  The fish and chips were..mmmmm delicious. Beautiful fresh fish, plaice, and lovely chips and it was Good value too.
