We received excellent service from every single hotel staff member from check-in to check-out.

The room was nice and spacious. We especially liked the bathroom. The only slight downsides were the cool blankets and the very loud air conditioning..

Breakfast was excellent.

The automatic water-throwing system in the sauna was strange, and water was poured onto the heater too infrequently.

The hotel gym was excellent.

We really appreciated the hotel’s environmental policy.

Great value, good location hotel. Staff were very attentive and informative throughout the stay. The facilities were fantastic, gym and swimming pool with sauna and an in house spa, which didn't seem overpriced! The bar on level 30 was amazing with brilliant drinks and breakfast was very extensive, fresh and catered for lots of dietary restrictions. The room was fantastic, went with a king harbour view room and that did not disappoint, it looked right over the harbour! The bed was wonderful, room spacious and had so many amenities to make you feel comfortable! Shower or bath, heated bathroom flooring, coffee and tea station, types of pillows available....the list goes on. There was previous reviews that said about the fitness area having an additional charge, however there was none when I went for the gym or swimming pool, only if you wanted a spa treatment. Will definitely stay here again!

We highly appreciated the excellent check in process assisted by the Front Desk Staff Konstantin. Beautiful suite with nice view from the 22nd floor. Everything is wonderful just like what you expected from a 5 star hotel. Wouldn’t mind to come back again in future!

Brilliant hotel, absolutely recommend it.
Sadly, the SPA area was under refurbishment during our stay but they did offer an alternative (which we ended up not using as ran out of time), and the Horisont bar was closed due to a DJ event for both Friday and Saturday night with a 35 EUR ticket, which was disappointing.
Breakfast is amazing, staff is so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, great size, impressive shower and bath.
I think it is my new favorite hotel! Just check for DJ events before you book.

My room was located on the upper floors like requested and came with a great view. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to stay here again. Also I’m very pleased with the whole super kind and helpful staff. Especially for the excellent restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although I do prefer breakfast a la carte.

The only thing missing was a piano in the lobby.
