A must visit place in Tallinn. Really interesting museum with many different exhibitions plus one of the oldest boat from Estonia is inside there. For kids it is also a good option to visit, there are many interactive playgrounds and they can explore everything in a educative way. There is a café shop inside for drinks and food as well.

This is one of the best museums in Tallinn. We would definitely recommend taking at least half a day to explore the grounds inside and outside to get the full experience. The icebreaker outside and submarine inside were the highlights for us, but there are so many cool attractions and interesting information available! Definitely go inside the submarine - it is quite narrow, but feels like you are inside a space station 😄
The entrance ticket for adults was 20€ in Dec 2024, which you can easily purchase at the self-service kiosk. You also get 4h of free parking if you register your vehicle inside the museum at the parking automat, otherwise it is paid parking.
We will be back one day to explore even more!!!

This is a must visit place when you go to Tallin. The submarine is very impressive to see and to visit. I thought it is a bit expensive for a museum, but there are not so many chances of getting in a war submarine. The flight simulator of the ancient airplanes is quite cool too. All other things are nice to see too, but the king of the experience is the submarine without any doubt.

The building itself is huge and you should definitely try to walk on the steep bridge! The submarine was amazing to experience and also the interactive ground floor. The water pressure exhibit was absolutely amazing.
There is also a simulation of a boat rescue which I attempted several times, I always found the flipped boat but never found the person. Someone please tell me where he was lol 😂

Compare to the Maritime Museum, this place is way more interesting as there are lots of real vessels and topedos, and you can go inside to the submarine too. There are also some video games which are fun to play. Kids will love it here. It's a twenty minutes walk from the Maritime Museum and you can get a combo ticket for €30 to visit both venues. Really recommend people to go visit when travelling to Tallinn
