Overall, it was an amazing experience to your taste senses… the food was very delicious with different flavors and textures that will inspire you to get creative in the kitchen!… the restaurant is a Michelin guide, however does not have a star. I believe the waiters should be more trained on explaining the menu as this is another way of captivating the customer, and the table arrangement is not very proper since the space is small, therefore feels a little bit too packed.
Recommended if you’re looking for a culinary experience in Torshavn.

Came for dinner and went for the six course menu. Some of the dishes were good, some - "interesting". Too often they were more the latter. I appreciate the concept of the restaurant and it's definitely more an experience than "food" because frankly, an average burger at a bar would be more "tasty" but that's not the point. Still, for an experience at a Michelin recommended restaurant I'd have excepted to enjoy it more.

The meal was a great way to sample the best of Faroese seafood. When I dined there was everything from snow crab and cod to mackerel and sea urchin.

The food was all prepared simply, highlighting main ingredients over all else, but there were still fun surprises like a smoky moules-frites. The restaurant atmosphere was equally simple and light.

I wish the dessert supplement--caviar and brioche ice cream--were the standard dessert. The brioche ice cream was expertly made and far outshined the basque cheesecake and sorbet served as standard.

The restaurant was pretty good overall, most of the food was alright, nothing too special. But man, that blue crab was amazing, so tasty and perfectly cooked.

We were really looking forward to try our first Michellin star restaurant, but this was such a dissapointment. We took a six course menu and it took the staff 3,5 hours to serve. In one of our dishes we have found a hair, the waiter apologized, but we never got a new dish, nor any other sort of compenzation. The food was generaly ok, but the service was a pure tragedy. Upon our arrival there was a dirty glass full of water on our table. Flowers in a vase were half dead. The waiter poured the first glass of wine and spilled it on the table, without cleaning it or applogizing. He could barely carry two plates at the same time, also spilling the sauce on the table without even attempting to clean the table. We have finished our wine and noone offered us anymore drinks, nor a cooffee. When we went to pay for our bill the waitress charged us for a wrong menu. At this point we asked, how long they have been working there. Her reply was 3 weeks herself and the male waiter only started probably at that night. We were very dissapointed with this experience, but we do not want to blame the servers. This is a management problem, who is employing people without any experience and charging a lot of money for very poor service and ok food.
