I spent two nights in Bob W Ullanlinna and those nights were the best hotel apartment experience I’ve ever had. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The efficient and hassle-free check in and check out process was impressive. The apartment’s location was perfect, secure and very accessible, I got an ample time to explore the city despite my short trip. The tram station was just 2 minutes away from the building. There were restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. The room was fabulous. It was spacious, cosy, clean and elegant. It feels like it is my second home. The staff were pleasant, very eager to help and even recommended places to visit during my stay in Helsinki. Heartfelt thanks to Daisy for being so accommodating.  She made sure that I will have a homely stay at the apartment. Bob W is a gem in the Helsinki! I highly recommend it!

Great location in Helsinki city centre.
Walking distance to all major sites/sights and lots of restaurants, bars etc. nearby.
The apartment is modern, spacious and well maintained in a secure building.

This place was an amazing stay and went way above all of our expectations!! The check-in was seamless, the cleanliness is superb and the apartment really made us feel like we were home! Every little detail was thought of and taken care of (there's even a camera in case you forgot yours so that you can take pics of the city, and also phone chargers!) The washer/dryer combo was definitely a plus (they even leave you the pods so you can wash) 🤯 Most of all the communication via WhatsApp was perfect from day one up until we checked out and beyond.... I realized a day after checkout that I had left something in the room. I contacted them immediately hoping they'd be able to help, but was not sure the communication line would still be open, since we had already checked out.... I received a response almost immediately, they were able to find what I forgot in the room, and for a small fee (I paid the shipping cost of course) even took it to the post office, packaged it and mailed it to my house. Like I said, superb and incredibly great! We highly recommend BOB W for your stay in Helsinki, they are perfectly and centrally located, and the cafetería next door has an out of this world breakfast!!

Excellent experience once again. Very comfy beds and good location. Dishwasher didn't work all week but we received a generous discount as compensation. We will be back!

Gr3at location and everything was well described and organised.  Nice touches included chargers, tea and coffee in the room when we arrived!  Great service and local staff very helpful
