I stayed with my boyfriend for one night in this beautiful and comfortable hotel, easily found and accessed to in the centre of Helsinki. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, and everything went smoothly from there. The room was big, gorgeous and cozy, and the Fall in Love package we had booked was worth every cent, with everything being so delightful, from the bottle of champagne to the breakfast delivered to our room. I wanted this stay to be perfect, luxurious and romantic, and it was. I strongly recommend this place which I will assuredly write in my list of trusted addresses.

Due to diverted flight issues, my 20 hours layover in Helsinki was cut short drastically. By the time I checked into Hotel Haven, it was 9pm.

My Superior Room #809 was decent but two small windows provided no view at all. It didn't matter to me at that point because it's night time already and I needed to hurry out to find something to eat.

Breakfast was included, not bad.

Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything, including restaurants and bars. Hotel is not 5 star by any means. There is a lovely courtyard but no service for a drink after
2pm and no ability to order food. We had a grand deluxe room with harbor view. The view was rooftops of other buildings more than harbour. The room was looking tired and scruffy. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Gentleman who was in reception late night and early morning was very friendly and helpful.
Others not so much. If you’re looking for good location I would recommend. If you’re expecting 5
Star, be aware it is not.

Great location, friendly staff. The Haven is claimed to be a 5-star hotel, but the facilities were dated and lacked maintenance. We booked a grand deluxe room and got a room facing the road with poorly soundproofed windows and hardly slept through the night. Breakfast was not a highlight except for the delicious coffee. The strangest thing was the layout of the toilet, almost in the middle of the bathroom, not sure what the point of 30cm away from the wall is?
