This hotel is PERFECT! I travelled alone and booked the mini room, which was the most comfortable room I have ever stayed in. Great bed, big tv screen to stream your favorite series to, small but good bathroom with a lot of amenities. There is even a steam cleaner in the room, to steam your clothes.
But the absolute best at Klaus K hotel is the staff. Super friendly and helpful. As the weather was bad, I wanted to stay another 45 minutes at the hotel after checking out, before travelling to the airport. The receptionist told me to get a cup of tea in the breakfast restaurant free of charge, while waiting. Breakfast was very tasteful and of good quality. Their homemade granola is The Best. I strongly recommend this hotel and place take a good look at their website, to read their value statement and mission. I love it: not only words, but deeds as well. I was a little skeptical about this place when booking (I won't go into it), but this was such an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect and no touch entrance. The front desk staff was always welcoming. The elevator is still confusing to me, but the vibe is comforting and it's a very quiet building. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts and went to dinner at Monsieur K (2 entrances and you get a discount). Thought it was a club environment and was happy to learn it was separate. Beautiful decor. Cocktails are on par with speakeasy mixologists. Delicious chocolates complimentary. The room was sizeable with very hot water. I would absolutely stay here again. Not expensive at all.

I have a lot of experience in different hotels and in my opinion it is not worth four stars. The rooms are small and dark, bathroom very small and the whole floor got wet when I showered. Carpet on my floor was dirty on arrival (full of crumbs) so folded it twice during my stay. The diversity in rooms of the same price range is also great. My colleague had a much larger room with a bathtub for the same price (matter of luck). I asked if I could also get such a room, but unfortunately it was already full. No compensation was offered, this is unfortunate.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly (kitchen, cleaning, and reception). Location is also great, very central in the city centre of Helsinki.

Very functional hotel with a prime location. Clean and maintained. The prices are pretty low considering this level of comfort. The breakfast was very good and it is served late, until 11. The only downside is the elevator system which is a bit slow and confusing.

Great location, wonderful service and a delicious breakfast with anything you could ask for (incl. separate GF Buffett options). Would stay here again and can highly recommend 👍🏽 I can only support the environmental and inclusive efforts they practice throughout.
