This place is amazing for its price. The room is very clean and it has everything you can ask for. It’s spacey, has a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and the hotel itself has so many shared areas that are clean and very functional. There is a washing machine, dryer, steamer, hanging room, ironing boards, the sauna is mixed and is super clean, the gym is relatively complete, there is a cool TV/movie, gaming and work area.

The staff are really nice, they let me drop my luggage before i checked in and they told me not to worry after I accidentally broke the vase. Thank you so much!! Everything was so clean, convenient and functional. Was worth the price.

It would be very helpful if you could make your parking more visible. For us it was impossible to find the parking and the entrance. We had to call your reception desk for help, which i must say the help of your receptionist (host) was excellent.
The room was great, very clean and comfortable.  The idea of the common areas is great. The bistro (i don't know if it belongs to you) was good, although it is very strange to order there. Maybe a classic style waitress/waiter style would be more enjoyable for the guest.

Be aware that you get there before 16. Later you can meet locked front door and telephones on automate regime only. NB the selfregistration code is not the same as your booking code, but without it you will be in great trouble

I am very interested to book but I will arrive Helsinki 6am in a Sunday morning. I worry if I can leave my luggage at Noli Malmi without staff support….. Appreciate if Noli can kindly advise please…

Super worth it at this price point. Was here for a night to catch a connecting flight. It's only ~15-20 mins away from the airport and also to the city each way. Connected to the train station via a lift as well, especially if you're coming with luggages. There's also a nearby Lidl discount supermarket too.

Honestly I'd stay here if I were to be visiting Helsinki, given the prices and also how new the apartment is.
