“An excellent hotel with a stunning view of the bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are exceptionally spacious, with double beds at least 2.3 meters wide. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The service is attentive and warm. Highly recommended!”

The overall stay was alright, but I honestly expected more due to the good reputation of the Radisson chain.

We had to change room because the remote wasn't working, the bathroom smelled of sewage and the Wi-Fi did not reach our room AT ALL. However, the staff quickly changed our room without issues, so that's great.

They provide several different kinds of tea, coffee and a hot chocolate - but only 2 tiny coffee creamers. But a ton of sugar and sweetener. Why? That makes no sense.

We were not informed about the lack of stayover housekeeping during check-in. It's only written on a note in the elevator - but if you don't take the elevator, you will not know.
However, they quickly offered housekeeping after our complaint.

The bar and restaurant is closed on a Sunday. Why? This is a large hotel in the capital of Helsinki. Which day of the week it is shouldn't matter. Their prices in their fridge at the reception is daylight robbery. I stay in hotels all around the world all the time, and I've never seen prices like that anywhere.

The gym is great.

Overall, the 2 nights we stayed there were fine, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Right next to several tram stations, this hotel is ideally situated for easy exploration of the city. We could get almost anywhere in Helsinki in under an hour using the public transit system.

Breakfast is very nice and has a wide variety of options.

Excellent waterfront hotel.  Clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms.  Nice bar with average drink prices.  Probably the best breakfast buffet on the planet.  A safe location with jogging and biking paths across the street.  A long way from Market Square (25 Euros by cab or 30 minute easy walk).  We walked :-).

Very easy access with public transportation and cruises. Our room was very clean and modern. We loved the facilities and stylish interior throughout, especially in the restaurant and the room. There was Finnish touch in the room deco which was really nice. Bathroom floor was heated. The menu in their restaurant provided a great selection of food and drink. The service was excellent in both the hotel and the restaurant. Easy check in and helpful staff. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

We had only two issues during our stay. The toilets in the reception area were small and not very clean. Unfortunately, the fitness area was closed for renovation. Although it was mentioned here that there is a sauna, we struggled finding its location or schedule. As the reception was crowded with guest checkin, after trying to search it by ourselves for a while we eventually learned from the fitness area renovation staff that the sauna is also closed. A simple notice in the reception area could have saved us from wasting our time.
