“Fresh pastry” and it could not even been cut with the cutlery given. This was napoleon pastry for 10€, also Alexander pastry taken, it was better but not worth 10€. Staff not sorry for absolutely useless service and quality of the food. They tried to charge for the pastry that was not eaten. Coffee and tea good. Nice place though.

It’s very nice historical coffee shop in Helsinki with good location. They had gluten free and vegan cheese cake what was delicious and good coffee.

Only thing what I didn’t like, my daughter found raspberry from hers cake what had mold! We went to tell for a staff and they only asked sorry. Didn’t make so good feelings. I think for a great service they should offer a new cake or something else to apologize and make clients feel enough good to come back.

I really about their excellent service, so I expected better than that.

I’m expecting to get fresh food and berries as well, at the bakery.

It seems this store has two parts of the store, one with many seats and the other only a few. We went into the smaller part by accident. The waiter was very patient in explaining the flavour of different cakes. We were even offered some free samples. The Budapest cake was very soft and delightful with the sweetness just right for my standard. Napoleon cake was very tricky to cut due to the very hard sugar-covered top. I ended up eating mine in a " sandwich grabbing" way. Later I figured you can lay the cake sideways then everything should be easier. In all, this is a great dessert shop, only that it's on the pricier end.

Service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it's a nice place, but the inconsistency in cake quality kept it from being a 5-star experience.
