I picked to stay close to Kauppatori during an overnight layover, thinking I would be able to check out this place once it's opened.

At 6am, vendors began to show, by 8am, they were still busy setting up. Even the market was starting to take shape, I couldn't wait any longer for I had a flight to catch

With that said, I didn't get the chance to see a complete venue or try any food. However, just walking alongside the waterfront surrounded by beautiful architecture was a fond experience. I gave 4 stars to start.
