Belle adresse. Menu changeant tous les 15 jours. Nous y étions pour celui du topinambour avec de belles découvertes tel que l'île flottante à la truffe (très aérienne) en amuse bouche. Le mélange des saveurs au dessert (meringue à la passion notamment) vaut le détour. Pour le reste on est sur du classique mais très bien cuisiné. Bouteille de champagne à partir de 60 euros (idéale pour un couple). Super serveur(Daniel) un grand merci à Gaelle (la propriétaire) avec qui nous avons longuement échangé.
Ps: le chef fait son propre pain.

Tout était parfait .
L"accueil , le cadre , le service un serveur au top,la gentillesse des propriétaires.
Le repas autour de la courge était un délice .

On va de surprise en surprise ! Des goûts,  des associations étonnantes, un travail monumental en cuisine avec notamment  le brie de meaux aux fruits confits et miel, l'entremet chocolat avec la ganache choux-fleurs.  Tout simplement bluffant.
