Brilliantly executed. The chef is seriously knowledgeable about wines, so the coupling with the dishes is of course very much on point. The food itself is as delicious as beautifully presented. Quality of ingredients really seems to be high. Compliments and thank you for this great lunch.

Un concept original pour ce restaurant gastronomique où tout les jours le menu change en fonction des produits trouvés le jour même au marché ou ailleurs. Vous ne savez donc pas au moment de réserver, ce que vous allez déguster, car c’est bien ce mot qu’il faut employer, tant la cuisine de ce restaurant est originale, recherchée et avec des produits de grande qualité, très bien présenté.

Amuse bouche, entrée, plat, dessert pour 49€ sont proposés en 1er choix, pour les 3 derniers et en second choix avec supplément vous pourrez avoir d’autres mets de toutes aussi bonne qualité, ceci si vous n’appréciez pas la sélective du jour.

Des vins au verres sont proposés en supplément (~ 12€) pour chacun des plats, ou une formule  accord mets et vins à 79€.

Le tout dans un cadre agréable avec un service professionnel.

Si vous aimez les surprises gustatives, vous ne serez pas déçu. A savoir le menu du jour est affiché à la vitrine le jour même au cas où celui-ci ne vous conviendrait pas, vous pourrez toujours annuler votre réservation…

Ce restaurant a dépassé toutes les attentes que nous avions et nous en avions beaucoup puisqu’il s’agit d’un restaurant Michelin!

Déjà nous trouvions que le menu était très bien! Pas trop de choix et pour un petit surplus, on peut avoir des boissons s’accordant parfaitement avec chacun des plats.

La nourriture est excellente, de la mise en bouche jusqu’au dessert! Nous avons opté pour certaines options qui n’étaient pas dans le menu en tant que tel, mais qui nous avaient été proposées par le chef et nous n’avons pas regretté.

Malgré le prix élevé après l’ajout des options, nous trouvions que ça en valait amplement la peine.

La décoration était très bien, nous n’avions pas l’impression d’être à Lyon du tout. L’ambiance est super et nous a facilement mis à l’aise.

Je recommande cette place à tous!

This restaurant exceeded all the expectations we had and we had a lot since it is a Michelin restaurant!

We already found that the menu was very good! Not too much choice and for a little extra, you can have drinks that go perfectly with each dish.

The food is excellent, from appetizer to dessert! We opted for some options that weren't on the menu as such, but were suggested to us by the chef and we didn't regret it.

Despite the high price after adding the options, we found it well worth it.

The decoration was very good, we didn't feel like we were in Lyon at all. The atmosphere is great and easily put us at ease.

I recommend this place to everyone!
