Truly one of the greatest meals of my life, extremely thoughtful food and wine pairing, friendly service, and a calm ambiance. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly, we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

I came here for lunch. Champagne and wine are decent, I love the sour dough here. Entree here are amazing, got really fresh and young vegetables with great sauce. It has some Asian fusion in the sauce. Dessert is amazing, loved it, the balance between sweet and sour is great. Price is good as well.

Our second visit to Choral was as satisfying as the first, one year ago. Incredible use of fresh, local ingredients with such flair and individuality plus the excellent pairing of wines (and beer!) with each dish. Not to be missed for an authentic and special experience in Annecy. Thank you.
