Hormis que Mr Menna Père Et Fils sont deux personnes fort sympathiques

J’ai fait appel à l’entreprise Mennna cet été et le contact est tout de suite bien passé. Un membre de l’équipe est venu directement à la maison pour faire un métrage précis de ce qu’il fallait transporter à l’étranger. Ils ont laissé des cartons, ils nous ont montré comment tout emballer, ils nous ont tout expliqué. Le jour de la livraison Trois déménageurs sont venus, des vraies machines, ils ont tout emballé sans s’arrêter, ils ont tout chargé, puis le camion est parti. Quelques semaines plus tard, comme convenu, toutes les affaires nous ont été livrés à Casablanca, ou encore une fois des salariés, très efficace ont monté déballer et enlever tous les emballages. Des vrais bosseurs ces mecs !
J’ai eu l’occasion d’être plusieurs fois en contact avec la secrétaire du groupe Mennna qui est très compétente avec qui tout s’est très bien passé. Il y a eu un petit soucis qui a été réglé extrêmement rapidement.
Je recommande cette entreprise sans souci et je vous confirme que je repasserai par eux pour tout autre déménagement à venir.
Je les ai d’ailleurs déjà recommandé à un membre de ma famille.

I called the Mennna company this summer and the contact went well straight away. A member of the team came directly to the house to take precise measurements of what needed to be transported abroad. They left boxes, they showed us how to pack everything, they explained everything to us. The day of delivery Three movers came, real machines, they packed everything without stopping, they loaded everything, then the truck left. A few weeks later, as agreed, all the items were delivered to us in Casablanca, where once again very efficient employees went up to unpack and remove all the packaging. These guys are real hard workers!
I had the opportunity to be in contact several times with the secretary of the group Mennna who is very competent with whom everything went very well. There was a small problem which was resolved extremely quickly.
I recommend this company without any worries and I confirm that I will use them again for any other future move.
I have already recommended them to a member of my family.

C'est une première expérience de déménagement en dehors du territoire national. Vu le temps très court que j'avais pour m'organiser. J'ai eu au sein de la société de très bons services. J'ai reçu rapidement le devis détaillé. Lors du passage de Monsieur Menna Raphaël à notre domicile en Normandie pour finaliser le devis. un climat de confiance s'est instauré au premier appel, passionné par son travail, très réactif, à l'écoute, avec une grande disponibilité. Il n'hésite pas à donner des conseils pour le (dédouanement), les démarches administratives sont claires et parfaitement exécutées.
Le jour du déménagement : une équipe extrêmement dévouée, le chef d'équipe et le jeune adjoint ont largement dépassé de leurs obligations contractuelles. Le top, très gentils et efficaces. Ponctuel, rapide, conscencieux, très bon travail. Tout s'est bien déroulé, sans stress... Ils sont mis 1 jour 1/2 pour une maison de 300m2 , tout était emballée et chargée dont par ailleurs, les matériels d'emballage sont à citer en exemple. Satisfaction sans faille des différents services de cette société. Accompagnement de bout en bout de notre déménagement par l'équipe administrative. Bravo pour votre professionnalisme.

This is a first experience of moving outside the national territory. Given the very short time I had to organize myself. I have had very good service within the company. I quickly received the detailed quote. During Mr Menna Raphaël's visit to our home in Normandy to finalize the quote. a climate of trust was established on the first call, passionate about his work, very responsive, attentive, with great availability. He does not hesitate to give advice for (customs clearance), the administrative procedures are clear and perfectly executed.
Moving day: an extremely dedicated team, the team leader and the young assistant far exceeded their contractual obligations. The best, very kind and efficient. Punctual, fast, conscientious, very good work. Everything went well, without stress... They took 1 1/2 days for a 300m2 house, everything was packed and loaded, including the packaging materials as an example. Unfailing satisfaction with the various services of this company. Équipe très pro et sympathique. Démontage et déménagement bien gérés. Emménagement et remontage efficaces sous une chaleur accablante. Pas encore tout déballé mais les cartons, un peu écrasés, me laissent espérer qu'il n'y ait pas de casse.
