Amazing food and service! When you first walk in you are made to feel at home and looked after in this friendly family restaurant, the BBQ smells amazing and the menus are mostly gluten free! Had the lamb shank, it was cooked to perfection and absolutely divine, plus the most delicious selection of sides! Dessert was fantastic too. We visit Chamonix almost every winter and will be making Bizes a must every time from now on!

This was such a great choice for our Christmas dinner here in Chamonix. Dinner was perfect from start to finish. All four of us loved our meals and we each tasted all of them to try and decide which was the best. Too hard to decide. The appetizers (leek something and grilled octopus) were special. Home made bread and tomato pesto perfect. Our dinners included lamb shank (succulent and full of flavor), ribeye cooked just as ordered and the veggie green curry was some of the best curry we’ve ever had. Each entree came with a perfectly dressed salad that added balance and flavor. I can’t remember what we had for dessert (see picture) but it was just an explosion of flavor and a great ending to our meal. My daughter had 2 porn star martinis and they were some of the best she’s ever had. All of this perfection included the service. We are so lucky they were working on Christmas Day. 5 stars is not enough. Thanks to everyone!  Merry Christmas!

Very good dining experience!! Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and shown to a nice table overlooking the river. Me and my girlfriend both had the ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection per our request. The peppercorn sauce was one off, if not thee best peppercorn sauce I’ve personally had. The chairs where slightly uncomfortable and the table next to us was quite loud (not the restaurants fault). We will be hoping to go back later on in our week long stay in Chamonix because it was just that good..
The price of the food is reasonably cheap for the quality that you are getting especially compared to other tourist traps within the area.

Restaurant is tucked away from the main drag but flanks the river allowing for beautiful overlook of the rushing water. The food was a mix between a 4-5⭐️. The appetizers were definite 5s. The main and dessert were 4s (see photo for details). Service was attentive, friendly and caring. They knew we were sharing a main and split the plate for us. The seating by the river was the best in my opinion to have more light, a view and to be farther away from the kitchen. The grilled food is amazing. However be prepared to smell a little of the cooking smoke/vapor.

Hands down the best restaurant I’ve tried in Chamonix, so good that I had to come back the second time in 1 week.
I can’t believe there’s only 2 person working in the kitchen, the quality and the speed of serving is incredible!
I sat on the bar watching the kitchen, the chef is just incredible, you can see the detail he put into every dish, carefully putting the sauce on every dish, really a pleasure to watch.
The pork belly and the steak are both insanely good. The pork belly is perfectly cooked to crispy outside and tender in the inside, with homemade sauce. (Everything is homemade!)
The steak is so tender, with the blue cheese sauce is just perfect! The portions are huge! Excellent value considering all the effort they put into to make every single ingredient and detail! Hands down best restaurant in Chamonix! Not touristy, a place to get real high level cooking, real food! Thank you!
