Very warm welcome. Staying there a few days recovering from a long hospitalization, I couldn’t imagine a better place to be. Great care, excellent food and adjusted to my needs. Lovely clean room with the best view ever, and so quite and peaceful for perfect rest time, and gentle walks around the mountain. Thanks to all the team. I couldn’t wish for better.

It could have been perfect - the room and staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome! When we arrived, we were shown to our rooms and told we got a free room upgrade! The room had everything we could possibly need and even the view onto Mt Blanc. Only thing I might say is that it seems our bathroom was for disabled people so there was no curtain or anything which made the bathroom a bit messy as water was getting everywhere...

Now the one main issue we didn't like was the breakfast. It really was nothing special, definitely not worth 24€ per person so we were disappointed when we got the bill at checkout... For the choice that was available (few charcuterie slices, dry pastries), this should have been included. I've had way better breakfasts with more choice elsewhere that was fully included. Unfortunately the lady wasn't able to waive the charge for us even though she probably could tell we were disappointed so I left feeling a bit let down by this. It's a shame that you let your customer leave feeling disappointed and can't even do a goodwill gesture when you can clearly see the disappointment on their face.
Another review says substandard food, I agree on this point.

What a great hotel with a very warm and polite welcome. The  staff of this beautiful hotel is always ready to serve you where possible. Very luxury diner as the restaurant has a Michelin star. Beautiful view, friendly staff, I like the decor. Visited the restaurant with a panoramic view. Food was lovely. I could never book via the  online booking system, it’s best to reserve on the phone.

Cosy mountain refuge, with Tesla chargers! This place is perched on the Jura overlooking the valley, lake, Geneva and the Alps, one of the best views in the area. Just had a really nice brunch.  This is quality over quantity, everything designed and crafted by their chef, Thomasson was a treat.  Much nicer to see than the large buffets that mainstream hotels offer!
