Nous venons de dîner dans ce restaurant et avons passé une soirée plus que parfaite. Tout était incroyable du début à la fin : l’accueil, le cadre douillet, le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel et bien sûr les plats, tous délicieux et cuisinés avec une grande justesse et passion.

Entre amis ,à 5 , accueil chaleureux comme le décor . On est accueilli dans les salons : la tarte reblochon accompagné les apéritifs.
Nous choisissons nos mets après présentation par un responsable. Le chef 2 toques vient discuter un petit moment avec nous Passons à  table! Pain complet, céréales,  sarrasin ou blanc

Appetizer before getting to the heart of the matter
Refined meal: Leman perch fillets and fennel emulsion, followed by sweetbreads with morels with cauliflower emulsion, other starters: foie gras ravioli, homemade foie gras...dishes: pork mignon, piece of beef, ... tasty and sublime
A platter of mainly local cheeses..
Wonderful desserts...
Impeccable service, attentive to customers.
The two hats from Gault and Millau are really deserved.
