If you intend to have 5* accomodation with 5* service take your money elsewhere.
However I do recommend have dinner in the restaurant here. The food in the the restaurant is absolutely delicious, with each dish exquisitely presented like a work of art. The team of waiters is amazing – attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to making the dining experience unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect meal with exceptional service! And don’t miss the bar! The cocktails are expertly crafted, creative, and absolutely delightful.

We were a group of 6 friends staying at the hotel from Thursday noon till Sunday noon.
Although a very nice hotel, it's true that, as some other negative reviews here point out, the wow-factor you would expect from a 5 star hotel/relais&chateau is missing. But this is not necessarily bad and makes it more a "chill" hotel than a posh hotel.
Staff has been super friendly and helpful, in contradiction to other comments I have read here.
We only had breakfasts as meals. There is a nice choice of fresh products. What I missed was a green salad or some fresh vegetables. Also for basic omelet, poached eggs and so you have to pay extra, which i think is not to expect from a 5star hotel.
The pool, hammam and sauna were clean and nice.
We had double rooms ( mine was 213-214) which was verry spacious. I think I could have been happy and comfortable with just half of it.
All by all I feel it was value for money and the skiresort is verry nice and perfect for family holidays.

The staff are impeccable and the hotel is superb. Rooms are well appointed and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spa and pool are lovely and perfect after a long day on the mountains.

Firstly… the orange pates des fruites is EXQUISITE! We were only given one with our tea, but it was divine - I could’ve eaten a bucket of them.

The staff were accommodating for my dietary restrictions, which are every French persons nightmare… no gluten, dairy or red meat. There was only two things they could change, but I was very grateful they did.

The onion soup was more sautéd mushrooms with a broth. I didn’t detect any onions, but this might have been because of the modification.
The pad Thai was okay, but not great.
My partner’s food was beautifully presented and he said it was good, but nothing special.
The staff were very lovely and helpful and the space is nice.

We just had a drink at our once-favorite place in La Clusaz for the past 12 years and we were so disappointed. The place was so fabulous a few years ago and it’s been going down and getting worse every year.

Tonight was the lowest point: my 20 euros glass of wine was little better than a glass of vinegar…. Worse of all, my husband (who also could drink his) said something, they changed the wine (it can happen, sometime a bottle can go bad- fine), the other wine was just as bad.

So sad, the decor is still fabulous, but the service and the quality is very disappointing.
