Florian our waiter was amazing. Made our experience enjoyable and fun. Decor in this beautiful restaurant did not disappoint. Atmosphere ‘on point’.
Oh, and the music… great choices.

We booked this restaurant to celebrate the Christmas Eve, hoping for a nice luxury experience (as it is marketed as such), but we’re faced with a disappointment. We were appalled by the lack of professionalism, training, and manners from the staff, even though at first we tried to look past it as we are not usually picky people. The waiter was clumsy and erratic, and spilled a whole glass of wine when clearing the table, and, though apologized, he did not provide a replacement or offer anything in compensation. When he brought us the bill where the meat that we ordered (that is costed by 100g) was stated as almost double the weight that we actually had. Luckily one of us took a photo with the weight of the meat (the chef recommended we do it, which was very much appreciated). We asked to change it and after some confusion he did, but again there was no mention of the spilled glass of wine. We then asked to speak to the manager, after which the waiter himself came back to us with a new bill and said ‘I don’t know what you want, we gave you a 10% discount, does that work?’ as if he was having a go at us for complaining. That discount wasn’t applied to any previous bills that we saw. We explained to him that there should have been a compensation and better treatment of the guests when you spill a whole glass of expensive wine over their table. Oh and also he actually gave us 5% so completely incompetent. Make sure you check your numbers if you go there. It is not a classy place it claims to be.

On the surface a nice place but please pick somewhere else to go. Genuinely poor service and the food experience is far from expectations. The pricing is a huge ripoff relative their lack of delivery.

Absolute shocker - rubbish service, my meal was too cold (the veal stew) then removed the roof of my mouth (after 2 mins in the microwave). They took it off the bill at my behest - can you believe!! London prices - worst service ever. Bunch of minimum wage youngsters. AVOID - utter shocker. They JUST DON’T CARE. Go somewhere where they care about customers.
