Beautiful hotel in the heart of Val Thorens. The design is nothing short of luxury and staff are very friendly. When I arrived I was tired and stressed from the road and Florence from reception made sure I felt good and accommodated my every need. Another lady who was very nice to me is I believe the manager as she was sitting at a smaller table at reception but I did not catch her name. The restaurant offered fine dining options with perfectly cooked meat. The staff was also sweet checking on me throughout the evenings. I especially loved the exchange with Ocean, as she shared what are her favorite dishes and we were quite the same. The hotel offers direct ski access and a convenient ski room, as well as a small little spa with sauna, much needed after a long ski day. All an all really recommend this hotel among all in this resort.

Elegant, calm, great position with access directly on the ski resort, staff lovely and helpful. A flawless stay and absolute good value for a perfect holiday on the snow. Highly recommended for a romantic holiday, but also for a family trip.

Serval and constantin, they have been wonderful hosts at Le Fitz Roy hotel. I will come with my family every year because of the welcoming hospitality every year.
