The presentation of each course was sublime. Their entree, terrine de foie gras, was well-executed to the smallest detail. Their filet de bœuf charolais (beef filet) was incredible in its texture and flavor. Also highly recommended is their rendition of Poulet de Bresse à la crème (Bresse chicken). The staff is multilingual as well and very accommodating.
