I tried fish soup and pork stew with red wine. They were delicious, and good match for red wine. The services and atmosphere were also great. It was not quiet, but I can recommend people who likes such a lively atmosphere.

Such a disappointing experience.

Comparing with the other three brasseries - L'Est, L'Ouest, Le Nord (which I already all dined in), Le Sud gave me the most disappointing experience.

The food was whether too salty or too plain in taste. It is obvious that some condiments were prepared long before they were served (the sauce accompanying with the fried fish, for example). The only one thing that respected the standard of their maison was the dessert, the Baba au rhum was as good as it was like in their other brasseries.

9€10 for a bottle of sparkling water was quite exaggerated (you can add more options about the brand though).

The service was cold, inattentive, and not so well trained; they didn't even asked us if everything went well like in a normal restaurant should do, this is so shocking.

I love the other three brasseries and wonder be hesitate going back there, but this place is not the case.

We had a delicious dinner with excellent service, despite the restaurant being completely full. The waiters and waitresses spoke English as well as French and bent over backwards to ensure our cocktails and meal and dessert were perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for light, delicious, beautifully presented Food.

This is a fabulous restaurant!
Food and service are impeccable thanks to the chef and the wait staff. Alex was so professional and helpful.
It is also a way to get the Bocuse experience at a reasonable price.
The chicken pastilla is a world-class dish. One taste will blow your mind, really. Everyone in our party just loved this place. A MUST while in Lyon, the capital of gastronomy. The chef was so kind to come out, so I could thank him personally.
