Une très belle adresse. Un lieu magnifique au bord d'un lac avec en prime un soleil d'hiver magnifique. Un repas confiance en huit services excellent qui a ravi les 6 convives et a fait apprécier certains produits à ceux qui pourtant ne pensaient pas les aimer mais ont accepté de tenter l'expérience.
De très bons conseils pour le vins en prime.
Alors pourquoi 4 étoiles ?  Par ce que la réservation initiale (25/12) a été annulée suite à un problème technique (bien longtemps après avoir été passée) et j'avoue que j'aurai apprécié un petit geste commercial pour le désagrément subi au moment de régler l'addition (comme par exemple nous offrir les boissons chaudes).

A very nice address. A magnificent location on the edge of a lake with the added bonus of magnificent winter sunshine. An excellent eight-course confident meal which delighted the 6 guests and made those who did not think they would like them appreciate certain products but agreed to try the experience.
Very good wine advice as a bonus.
So why 4 stars?  Because the initial reservation (25/12) was canceled following a technical problem (long time after having been made) and I admit that I would have appreciated a small commercial gesture for the inconvenience suffered when paying the addition (such as offering us hot drinks).

Nous avons réservé entre amis un dimanche midi. Nous aimons bien découvrir ensemble de belles tables et échanger. Je dois dire que nous avons commencé par un accueil très chaleureux et personnalisé. Nous avons choisi de faire le grand voyage tous ensemble et tous nous avons été conquis par les suggestions du chef….du début à la fin un voyage extraordinaire qui nous a sorti de notre zone de confort pour nous faire découvrir des saveurs et des mélanges savoureux. Le voyage était si doux que nous sommes partis très très tard et là encore aucune remarque mais au contraire une dégustation de chartreuse cuvée exceptionnelle offerte … vraiment un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’Ambroisie .

We booked with friends on a Sunday lunchtime. We like to discover beautiful restaurants together and exchange ideas. I must say that we started with a very warm and personalized welcome. We chose to take the big trip together and we were all won over by the chef's suggestions...from start to finish an extraordinary journey that took us out of our comfort zone to introduce us to flavors and tasty mixtures. . The trip was so smooth that we left very, very late and again no comments but on the contrary a tasting of exceptional chartreuse vintage offered... really a big thank you to the entire Ambroisie team.

Ресторан знайшли за допомогою Гугла, він був по дорозі нам, трохи потрібно було зʼїхати з автотраси. Сам ресторан і концепція, на мою думку, простий по дизайну, не було вау ефекту. Але дуже привітний персонал! Ми замовили тільки основні страви та десерт, але нас пригостили закусками від шефа та ще додатковими смаколиками з десерту. Кухня була смачна, філе білої риби на тонкому тісті та дуже смачний Мільфей!

The restaurant was found with the help of Google, it was on our way, it was a little necessary to get off the highway. The restaurant itself and the concept, in my opinion, is simple in design, there was no wow effect. But very friendly staff! We ordered only the main dishes and dessert, but we were treated to appetizers from the chef and additional goodies from the dessert. The cuisine was delicious, white fish fillet on thin dough and very tasty Milfay!

Le Personnel de service est à l écoute, agréable et discret.  La cuisine est originale, les saveurs complexes, agréables et la carte des vins est impressionnante ! Évidemment tout cela se paye, je pense que le ticket d entrée est à 110 € environ. Est ce si cher pour passer un agréable moment ? Moi je ne regrette rien.

The service staff are attentive, pleasant and discreet.  The cuisine is original, the flavors complex and pleasant and the wine list is impressive! Obviously all this has to be paid for, I think the entry ticket is around €110. Is it that expensive to have a good time? I don't regret anything.
