A quick note. I went there a night when the restaurant was only doing bistronomic and not gastronomic . So I’m not going to review the food. But it was in the Michelin Star restaurant room and view.
So I could say two things. The view was very nice. I recommend a drink outside. And the young sommelier was very passionate and nice.

Le cadre du restaurant est à la hauteur de ce que vous allez vivre à l intérieur. Nous avons adoré le côté brut de la décoration avec la dominance du bois qui accompagne l excellence des plats. La nature sublime vos sens.

Très bon accueil et service à la hauteur avec un personnel fort sympathique.
D’une façon générale les quantités sont insuffisantes.
Le prix du vin est vraiment excessif.
Les plats sont tous très spécifiques au niveau des saveurs mais avec des goûts plus hors du commun que savoureux.
J’avais préféré mon repas de l’année précédente.
Sinon le cadre est magnifique.

Un avis mitigé

Le cadre est splendide et le personnel chaleureux, ce qui contribue à une ambiance agréable. Cependant, notre placement à une table centrale était loin d’être idéal et a un peu entaché l’expérience.

Un autre bémol : l’absence de prix affichés pour le vin au verre, ce qui manque de clarté et de transparence.

Concernant les plats, la qualité est indéniable:  les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous. Malheureusement, les portions étaient trop modestes, au point de devoir compenser avec du pain.

En somme, une expérience qui reste appréciable, mais qui mériterait quelques ajustements pour se hisser pleinement au niveau d’un restaurant étoilé.

The setting is splendid and the staff warm, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. However, our placement at a central table was far from ideal and marred the experience a bit.

Another downside: the absence of prices displayed for wine by the glass, which lacks clarity and transparency.

Regarding the dishes, the quality is undeniable: the flavors were there. Unfortunately, the portions were too modest, to the point of having to compensate with bread.

In short, an experience which remains appreciable, but which deserves some adjustments to fully rise to the level of a starred restaurant.
