Très belle découverte.
Le lieu est superbe, la salle est décorée avec goût. Nous avions une vue imprenable sur la belle cuisine grâce à une grande fenêtre.
Un menu dîner surprise en trois services que je qualifierais plus de gastronomique que de bistronomique malgré le tarif raisonnable de 41 euros.
En effet, les plats proposés sont très travaillés autant au goût qu’au visuel (tellement qu’on aimerait bien avoir un descriptif sur papier pour se rappeler de tous les ingrédients, trop vite expliqués par le service 😉).
En plus de l’entrée du plat et du dessert, nous avons dégusté un (grand) amuse bouche : petites bouchées, truite, pain feuilleté (délicieux), beurre au zaatar, gâteau de foie de volaille, très copieux et délicieux.
Mais aussi une assiette de mignardises qui a ravie les plus gourmands de la table (les mini churros étaient fabuleux!).

The place is superb, the room is tastefully decorated. We had an amazing view of the beautiful kitchen thanks to a large window.
A surprise three-course dinner menu that I would describe as more gastronomic than bistronomic despite the reasonable price of 41 euros.
Indeed, the dishes offered are very elaborate both in taste and appearance (so much so that we would like to have a description on paper to remember all the ingredients, too quickly explained by the service 😉).
In addition to the starter, main course and dessert, we enjoyed a (large) appetizer: small bites, trout, flaky bread (delicious), zaatar butter, chicken liver cake, very hearty and delicious.
But also a plate of sweets which delighted the most gourmands at the table (the mini churros were fabulous!).

Comme à chaque fois, un délice aussi bien pour les papilles que pour les pupilles. Les plats sont raffinés et en accord avec la saison. De plus la carte des vins est incroyable. Le tout dans un cadre chaleureux et accueillant. La cheminée est un plus !

As always, a delight for both the taste buds and the pupils. The dishes are refined and in accordance with the season. Plus the wine list is incredible. All in a warm and welcoming setting. The fireplace is a plus!
