Terrible service, and they most likely reuse raclette which guests haven’t finished to serve it to the next guests. I was even thinking to leave some marks on the side of the remaining piece for next folks to see that

Ok restaurant but yeah they said BYO ok - no mention of any fee - expected like Eur10’per bottle but they then charge Eur 30 for one bottle. They never acknowledged our email asking if there was a charge. Poor customer service.

We held a 50th birthday dinner here on 11/01/2023. Party of 12

Place was buzzing, great atmosphere. Service was fabulous, food amazing.

A surprise birthday cake ordered in advance was brought to the table which was huge and delicious.
