Tried this restaurant as it’s featured in Michelin guide. The waiter only work there for 2 months doesn’t know much. We tried the pork it was overly salty. Fish was good baked with almond, salad is freshing and they have a good variety of desserts

A really nice restaurant - centrally located in the centre of Evian. We stopped in for lunch which was delicious. Shared a starter of homemade smoked trout (big portion) with a glass of Champagne, followed by dishes of local pork and fish. Accompanied by a local white wine from Chateau Ripaille. All beautifully cooked. The server was a bit useless - probably a young lad who’s been taken on for the summer - but managed to enhance his lack of experience with a surly disposition. None of this spoiled what was a very nice lunch!

We were on a day trip and chanced upon this restaurant for lunch. The 3-course meal was delectable, with a starter of ravioli or pumpkin soup, a main course of fish or pork, as well as dessert

Every dish tasted delicate, especially the ravioli was fresh and bursting with flavour. Service is pleasant, although it might be busy during lunch hours so do come early. It's our first taste with authentic French cuisine and it was a wonderful experience

This restaurant deserved a 5 star but the service of a dark skin waitress took 1 star away. We wanted her to recommend a wine to pair with our meal but she act like she doesn’t understand “steak” in a different slang. After a few attempts of explaining to her, only then she said id “steak” not “steak”. Then she wanted to give us an FREE English pronunciation class. Oh god, you are working in a restaurant that is ready to cater tourist from all around the world, are you going to act like you cant understand simple english? And as if there’s a wine that could pair with “stick”?
To the owner of the business, ruining your customer’s dining experience is not part of a waiter’s job.

Friendly wonderful.  Nice cooking.  Friendly service.  Located in the centre.  Small good  tasty menu.  Highlight the black pudding (boudin)  cooked  to perfection.  Grest texture.  Delicious.  Low light  the sauce  béarnaise  a little  too acidic and runny.  All together a wonderful place and is on my list.  Thank you 😍 👍❤️
