Such a gorgeous place with excellent service and food! Definitely would return here again. We had a fabulous wine tour of Burgundy recommended through the hotel. Haruka assisted us every step of the way during our stay. Anything you need and any recommendations, she’s your go to person!

The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable as I could see nice outside landscape.  The staff were friendly and kind. And the location was centre of downtown of Beaune for easily dropping in wine shops and restaurants.

Staying at L'Hotel de Beaune was an exceptional experience. From the moment we were greeted until the staff said au revoir, everything was perfect. The room was large and flawlessly clean. The bathroom was amazing - heated floors and towels and so spacious. We had a lovely breakfast in the hotel restaurant and coffee served to us in the courtyard. The town of Beaune was magical - old and beautiful and worth the trip if only for the Saturday Farmer's Market with the vast assortment of food, clothes and crafts.

Everything about our experience at L'Hotel exceeded our expectations!! The exceptionally friendly greeting upon arrival, the outstanding food at HB Bistro while we waited for our room due to our early arrival, the remarkable room and bathroom, and the extremely helpful staff were amazing!!! We will be back during our next trip to France. We will go out of our way to spend a night or two at this exceptional establishment!!

A delightful two days in the heart of Beaune.  Delightful check in Experience to one of our favorite hotels in the world and orientation to likely the same room of our last stay in 2006 which was a wonderful first experience at L'Hotel.   I still reccall the best Tomato Omelette in 2006 however 2024 was a lesser technical rendition.  We were sad to hear that some of the former staff have left after many years and we recalled how they secured a very special winery visit for us and wish them well.  This year as always the room service was exceptional.  L'Hotel in Beaune has captured our hearts.
